Went there on a casual date tonight, food standard chilis food, server decent at best, but young and seemed to be learning and had a great disposition. Wait was long , but I just say, not sure who he was , but the manager on the night of June 8th, was unbelievable. Apparently the bartender had called off, so he was bartending, running food, talking with tables, then I look up and he’s leading a birthday song.I worked at chilis in my younger days bartending, I wish, I had a real manager like this guy . Well done sir.My manger was Bryan porath in Stockton, dude was an absolute chump in every way..good job chilis Salinas for having a real manager.
I had gone on my Birthday received lava cake and ice cream complementary for my birthday. Thank you Chilli's job well done. Outstanding job Caesar thank you for being our server and being a part of my birthday celebration you're an awesome person keep up the outstanding service we will definitely be back because of you. Today 05/16/22 took wife for lunch David brought our drinks two Blue Dolphins margarita with premium Patron tequila and a beer Modelo cold draft glass Salt around the rim with some sliced limes thank you David then Matt took out order chips and salsa with guacamole small Texas cheese fries and my wife ordered the lunch special shrimp tacos black beans and rice and I ordered just bacon burger with fries and house salad recommended by Matt it was delicious. The food was brought piping hot buy a server name Victoria she brought us extra napkins are utensils and had came back several times through a meal to make sure is there anything else we needed so we ordered another drink for the wife another margarita. Job well done David Sean Victoria and Matt our visit there at lunch was excellent great service great vibe The Establishment was very tidy and the restroom wow amazing very clean we will definitely come back again keep up the good work job well done today.
Wife and I walked in waited for 10 minutes anyone to acknowledge us to get a table servers and even the bartender looked at us eventually we just left.
Servers were friendly and very attentive. Food was was fresh hot out the kitchen and dessert was on point. Highly recommend ( try sitting near the bar lots of T.V.s) ...lol??✌??
It was OK food, had baby back ribs. Servers was nice, and quick food coming out. Jamming music in the kitchen prolly worked.
Staff and waiters suck! We waited for 40 minutes for a table and when we were seated we waited another 25 minutes for a waiter. No one came to our table! We were then told after 30 minutes that their system was down and we had to leave because they no longer can take orders. There was a couple who was seated after us and they actually ordered food and drinks. Horrible service!!
Deep fried pickles were so bomb we ordered 2 to go after our meal .... and the mixed drinks were tasty.... I'm pretty sure every one inside hated me and my cousin because we were kinda loud I guess... oh well
Not very happy with Chilis. We had a party of 8 for our New Years Eve dinner. Our server was not at all attentive to our table. Our food was not served at the same time. Some of us had to wait longer than others. Then when their food was brought it was cold. I could say more. Not a pleasant experience plus we still had to pay for the food that was not up to par. Only cuz it was eaten because we were starving.
Service was amazing, food was really good and the drinks were delicious! Probably my best Chili's experience ever.
Short staffed with a 20 minute wait but the food was good and served in a timely manner.
