05/14/2022I ordered the 4 count chicken tender box $6.89 at the counter TO-GO. The store was clean with fresh flowers on all the tables. The restroom was clean as well. My tenders were fresh and I received 3 sauces when I thought I might only get one.
Food was mediocre. I've had breakfast and lunch here. The food is always bland. This location is always busy and you can get stuck in the drive thru for over 15 min. The food is not worth the wait.In 15 mins I can make it to Popeyes in Watsonville. And buy an actual meal.
Been to many locations between the East and West coasts and this is by far the best location to date. Great service, staff is always friendly and amazing, and the owner seems to go above and beyond! They seem to have worked out all the opening kinks and the location appears to run very smoothly and efficiently!
Dine in on a not super busy Friday. Mobile order, get the food in 10 mins after placed the order. I had grilled chicken sandwich meal. Food are fresh made, drink taste good. The customer service are super friendly, they came to ask if everything is good or do we need to get drink refilled several times when we sat there like 1.5 hrs. Never had that experience in a fast food restaurant before. I will definitely revisit.
The owner was there today pulling janitor duty rather than asking any of his hourly employees to do it. A good leader never asks their staff to do something they aren't willing to do themselves. Clean, efficient, friendly, delicious.
Honestly I've gone 6 times in the last week and I'm not in line more than mabye 5 minutes before I'm saying thank you, getting my food and enjoying it. There quick, nice, helpful and always having some of the best food in my opinion.
Every time I come here my fries are always cold ! What’s the point of having chick-fil-a in Salinas when none of them can’t keep food warm !
Such great service as well as food...Sauces are just finger licking good especially chik-fil-a and Polynesian sauce. Mac & cheese very good just a little heavy on the side. Grill nuggets has good flavor. Let me say everything is good it'll keep you coming back over and over. Luv them waffle fries rather the basic string type you see every where.. ?❤
Chick Fil A is starting to up its prices by a lot, Which i completely disagree with. The People here always get my order wrong when i go in the drive through. The food taste good tho. I will keep going there but I think they need to stop getting orders wrong so much (its annoying).
I was disappointed that they didn't serve chicken biscuits after breakfast hours. Many other restaurants in different states serve the chicken biscuits all day and I have found that many people would rather have a chicken biscuit than a chicken sandwich alot of the time.
