I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with Ortega Peppers. The chicken breast texture was like Jerky . Not good at all. Chicken also tasted like it had been in the warmer for many hour's. Very dry!
Meat patties on burgers are always cold. Too much salt on the fries
Food was good but the buns on the bacon cheeseburger was alittle dry and stale
Just stopped by because it was convenient. Food was a little Dry. Not cooked to order like advertised.
I'm a truck driver so I went to order food inside. The dining room was closed. The girl behind the counter motioned to me to walk around the building after I motioned to her to convey "I don't have a car" walked to the speaker box and asked if she would like me to order here or at the window. No response. Walked around the building to the window. Waited. Waited. Saw a worker in the back and waved at her. She stared at me and then continued to work. We made eye contact at least 6 times and each time she looked at me for a few seconds then continued to clean up the back. I waited by the window for 30minutes and was ignored. If you're going to close early at least post the hrs somewhere. If you're not going to serve a truck driver don't motion to walk around the building to then ignore me.
Came at 930 pm last night to lobby closed. Girl noticed us and told us to walk around to drive thru window. When we walked around she ignored us. Why tell us to come around if your not gonna serve us? If your not gonna serve us(which is fine), why just ignore us like we weren't there? Sat there for 30 minutes wondering if we were gonna be served and just left after making eye contact several times. Rude
3 star cause I was never actually there. FYI if it's fast food it's not good for your health. PERIOD!!!
I like Carl's Jr food tried to call and inquire about delivery as website says they do and a girl answered and was very rude tried to call back and just keep getting hung up on because of this I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Used a coupon we received in the mail. What a deal! You made a 101 year old man very happy. He loved his sandwich.
Usually we get good customer service at this location. But there was a man that was quite rude to us, today, because the person who took our order forgot to make a note on our order, which deals with a food allergy. He just asked if we wanted to take off what we asked to not be on the sandwich.
