This place is horrible. When to BK 3/27/22 They need to pay attention to the quality of the food. They take for ever in the drive through.
I ordered 3 rodeo kings over the Burger King app and when I went to pick up my order at this location I was the only person in line and was told it would be a second for them to help me; understandable. But proceeded to wait 10 minutes before being helped while I could see my order just sitting there. Once I got back to my car I noticed that none of the burgers had any onion rings a main ingredient so I got in the drive though so I didn’t have to spend time inside the store and there was only 2 other cars in line. Which was a mistake and took another 15 mins out of my lunch just to be told that they were out of onion rings but was not notified or anything of the missing ingredients. If notified that there was no onion rings wouldn’t you change the price but no.
I don't know how this burger King stays open they never have their complete menu items. I went today tried giving them one more chance for lunch, and they had no cheese no chicken or coke how is that possible!!!!??? I have completely given up on this burger King location definitely needs new management or help from the franchise. its close to home but I will travel to marina or the north main locations from now on
Was standing in line, no other customers inside. I was like invisible to them. No acknowledgement at all. Horrible service. Ended up walking out.
It's a good place to eat when you don't really have enough lunch time ?
I used to love this location until it turned into garbage. Their headsets are broken so you sit there at the box for 2 minutes until someone wanders out, they don't have any sauce, they constantly don't have food items on the menu, and they literally can't put lids on cups because they don't have lids. This place needs to be shut down. They can't even function as a location.
They’re always running out of meat. Has happened 3 times in the past 6 months. Have also had them tell me that the grill stopped working; yet for some reason they keep the restaurant open.Your best bet is to order curbside from the McDonalds down the road by Star Market.
If I can give no star I would! This Burger King location on South Main is horrible. The store Business hours are always wrong, It seems like they make their store hours whatever they choose daily Sometimes they’re just closed with no reason posted when they are open it looks like if they can’t afford to pay their electricity bill with how they keep most of their lights off I think it’s to discourage customers to come in they are also always out of stock of everything service is extremely slow I just refuse to come back to this location don’t know if the owners of this franchise are aware of the store being closed or closed early all the time. All of the hand written torn up Notes just add to this unfortunate looking BK . With all these downfalls I think they should just shut this location down the lights in the drive-through and store being off make South Main look bad as if there is a rundown abandon building on the strip As you can see handwritten note on speaker that says to order at window I believe this is another Plot to discourage customers. And not allowed to go inside to order drive-through only but order at the window… Why?!???
Went thru the drive thru today at 4 pm. They were out of onion rings, out of diet soda, AND to top it off, I waited in the drive thru TWENTY FIVE minutes to complete my order. It was so long that one of the cars behind me was revving their engine incredibly loud to try and make it obvious we were tired of waiting. What was going on inside you ask? Two workers were complaining about a customer and just standing around chit chatting ?. Definitely will not be going back to this location.
Been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes nows ...fyi on my lunch break so now I'm losing pay! Worse BK in town i swear...this place needs new staff and a new manager ASAP!
