I had an interview set up with a manager named Evelyn at 3 pm. I got there a few minutes early, and I was seated to wait for the manager for my second interview. 10 minutes later, Evelyn showed up to work, stops by my table and asks who I am and asked what I am there for. She did not have a hard copy resume I handed to the first interviewer the day before. Instead of starting the interview, she walked up to the customer's table across, and starts to have a drink with them while chatting away. By then, it was close to 3:25 pm. I have to go to work at my main job by 4 pm. I decided to leave. Little did I know as to why this place is hiring daily. Someone's repelling applicants and new hire... Evelyn's behavior was nothing but unprofessional and even tacky. I got scared of my interviewer by interviewing the interviewer just by my observations. I have been to many interviews in my life but never have I witnessed such absurdity.
just walked out. sat for over 20 minutes and watched people get seated at several different tables. watched waiters walk past us to help people that had barely been seated for 5 minutes get to order drinks and then get their drinks then get to order food and have their menus taken.... I get that it's Father's day but why ignore us? watched waiters stand around and just stare. had 10 people up at the front just standing there not doing anything with no one coming in. really disappointed. my husband and I didn't deserve that....
Dined in with my family after being sent away to the Navy for a year and was disappointed.My family wanted to eat and drink here because they had plenty of great experiences here, but, our time there with Cameron as our server ruined our evening. Failed to bring drinks that we ordered even after being reminded. Failed to let us know that they didn’t have the Mojito Flight even after taking our order. Lastly, when we asked to see our receipt he started acting sketchy and avoided giving it until we asked a different person.Overall, the food was great, drinks take long, and Cameron was a horrible waiter.
05/08/2022I ordered dinner to go online. It being Mother's Day it was super busy. It took about 45 minutes for my to go order to be ready. Staus of my order was updated by frequent text messages. I ordered the Prime Rib dinner $30. Which was a lot of food! My sides were the garden salad with honey mustard, white cheddar mashed potatoes and a baked potato. I ordered my baked potato with butter, sour cream and green onions. All of the condiments were packed in little cups. There was a cup of ranch in the to go box of salad. I don't know if that is the dressing they give if you didn't choose one. It was very underwhelming. So I'm glad I chose the honey mustard! I picked the Triple Chocolate pzookie for dessert. It was warm and the ice cream was packed separately in a cup. My order was correct. They only forgot utensils, which I had requested. I had some utensils so it wasn't a big deal. My meal didn't WOW me. But the piece of Prime Rib I got was huge and was a thick slice. Parking lot was full. But the restaurant is located in a large shopping center so I was able to park nearby.
Loved it. Had a blast. Me and my family been there a few times and EVERYTIME was a unforgettable time. The service is EXCELLENT. Wait time WAS REASONABLE. The food was ON POINT! Definitely recommended ?.

The server Amber at the bar area was rude and ignored our table because someone was standing. She told us we wouldn’t be helped if there was someone standing. She didn’t offer to seat us or try to help us. She was very standoffish. Not in the least friendly. Terrible service from her.
A busy Friday night at Bjs and there was 11 of us in my family celebrating my sister and brothers bday.We waited for about an hour which is not bad given that we are a big group and during covid times everywhere is understaff. Nicely enough, Bobby the Floor Manager approached my family and I and apologized for the long wait and reassured us that we will get seated as soon as possible. We got seated and Val was our waitress. Val was punctual at greeting and bringing our drinks and food out. Manager, Bobby, was very friendly and accommodating, and he made sure we were getting the service that we needed. Great team work , the service at Bjs has definitely picked up! Thank you Bobby and Val !
Horrible. Sat down. Came for my son's birthday. Ordered appetizers and drinks... they came pretty quick. An hour and a half later we were still waiting for our food on a Tuesday evening. Server kept saying he was checking on our food.... appetizers cleared off the table for over a half an hour and nothing. Walked out and they still charged us for the appetizers. Never going back!

We waited 40min. for a table (not that long on a Saturday night in our opinion), but as soon as we sat down the problems started. BJs is well known for their root beer so we ordered a couple root beers and a shot of vodka only to be told they were out of both. Okay so we ordered avacado egg rolls while we decided what we wanted to drink and were told they were out of the avacado egg rolls. We switched to the nachos which were greasy and soggy and moved onto ordering our entrees. My husband asked the waitress if they had the prime rib special tonight and she said yes they have enough so 3/4 of us ordered the special. 15 minutes later, the manager comes out and says sorry we only have enough for 1 prime rib. 2 of us have to change our order. When the waitress came to our table 10min later I asked her to show me the vodkas they do have on her device. She showed me and I chose from the device and she came back 15min later to tell me they actually don't have that vodka. Icing on the cake is she brought our food about 10min after that and she said the one with the green beans so I said yeah I think that's me to which her response was "well you guys apparently changed your order with someone else so I don't know." As if we wanted to change our order. My husband ordered his prime rib well done and it came out medium rare. The chili that was supposed to come with it never came so we had to ask for it to go at the end of our dinner. We didn't make a fuss because we had friends with us but paid almost $200 for a crummy night out for 4 people. Will not be going back.
