Love their shrimp! ? It is very very good. The lemon pepper non spicy is perfect for the kiddos. They really enjoy it. I like mine spicy; not having my mouth on fire so I can enjoy it. ? So I get the automatic medium. It's just perfect for me. ? I don't add sausage to my bag... I feel like it makes it too oily. I do add the corn and potatoes. I break my potatoes in the bag into 4 pieces to enjoy the spice mix. ?I just wish their oysters were as big as the ones at Crab Bucket. I love oysters... so that's the only down fall.? I've had the crab also... the Dungeness crab I enjoy better than the Snow crab or King crab. ?But the clams and mussles... I didn't care too much for. ?

Good seafood combo choices. Atomic sauce is very spicy! Crabs are a bit skinny and less meat but i do like the shrimps as they are deveined. At least i feel comfortable eating it. Other than that, i just don’t get the robot delivering the food. It diminishes human interactions that you get from when you are being served. The reason why we eat out :).
We went here just because we were going by. No expectations. Overall it turned out pretty well. They just opened 5 days ago, so I'm a little more forgiving to some imperfections.Food overall was very good. I was able to get the Cajun fish and sub my rice out for more salad, so my dinner turned out pretty keto friendly. I did ask for ranch and it came with the default dressing on it, but it was pretty good anyways, so not too bad.My brother got the chicken wings. We had asked the server if the winds were breaded and she said no, but they were definitely beaded and had a good amount of sugar in the seasoning. Overall pretty tasty, just didn't realize what we were getting.My Wife really enjoyed her bag of shrimp. This is what probably all of us would get every time we go and it's not close. Sauce was great and all the things you put in are amazing. She got Shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes with some Cajun sauce. Really impressive looking. It's messy, but looked like fun.Server was really nice and attentive. We had a couple issues where we didn't get perfect information, but mostly fine. They don't have a soda fountain, so the 4 cans of soda we got were $10 which isn't my favorite. Particularly when they serve some spicier foods. We asked about refills and they brought more and then charged us. Guess I'll take a second to complain that they have diet coke when coke zero is just clearly better :)In the end we ended up spending a little more then intended and didn't get quite what we expected, but had a good time. One last note about the automated food runner- while I always like technology being used to optimize operations, I feel like the noise it makes is a bit much. I can't imagine if it was actually busy in there and it was just going off the whole time. Would be absurd.We will be going back. If they just fix up a few things I'll be sure to bump it up to 5 stars. Go try it out.Update: went again today and honestly everything was great. Service was on point and my whole party got the bags of shrimp with sausage added, which is just the best thing on the menu. I really want to give it 5 stars for now, but the drink situation really is just unforgivable. Serve spicy food and only sell cans of soda that are $2.50 each? Ew.Update: Downgraded to 3 stars. Have been there a couple more times. Been getting busier and the service quality has dropped a decent amount with it. Drinks not staying full and just hard to catch anyone to help us. Check took a while to get to us. We were also told by the server that they said they won't be getting fountain drinks ever. Spicy food with canned drinks a large restaurant is a bad joke. Fix it.Update: THEY DID IT! Fountain drinks!! Also this time it was the cleanest we've ever seen it and the server was great. Pushing it back to 5 stars GJ guys!
I cannot express how much my family and I enjoyed our experience here tonight. The food was sooo delicious, we ordered the cajun flavor combo and we were very happy with our selection. My take away about this place, it has been the FIRST place that I have been able to actually eat my dinner without getting interrupted by my 1 year old, especially when things can get messy and require both hands. Both my small kids were so entertained by the robots constantly zooming around. For all the parents who would like to enjoy their meal, this is the place. Our server Bianca was also very helpful and patient with our table having 2 kids, especially a talkative one. Thank you!
The delivery robot gets annoying because it plays music every time. The fried shrimp, fried calamari, and fried fish all look just like what you get in the frozen section of your grocery store. Getting utensils (which are plastic, but serviceable) took 10 minutes, and 2 different servers, after the good was already on the table. I asked for a knife as well, and instead the server brought me a bag of lemons. Server never checked if we wanted drink refills, or if we were enjoying our meals.
Love the shrimp no head, corn yummy want to go back.
Really good. But, really messy to get that bag of garlic and Cajun filled goodness in front of you. Lol.
We came last week to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. Thought I would leave some honest feedback.Food: We ordered one of the feasts with King crab legs, Shrimp, hot links, Cajun style. We also ordered Calamari as an appetizer.-The Crab legs were cooked well! The problem is they only give you a cracking tool and a plastic fork. Some people had scissors but when we asked, they didn't have enough (it was only 20% occupied) so eating the Crab was overly complicated for a "Crab Place"-Shrimp was good, they leave the shell on so be careful-the Calamari was the biggest disappointment. It was inedible, VERY rubbery and obviously was frozen, honestly its like they got it from the frozen section at Safeway and tossed in the microwave. The server could care less.Service: The service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. going back to the lack of tools to eat the crab... we were mostly done with the meal by the time we got an answer.Environment: Its actually really nice inside, I liked the décor.Price: I think it is overpriced since a lot of the food seems to be frozen and not fresh.My honest opinion, I don't think we will go back. Crab Bucket has fresher food and the service is more personal.
