I ordered delivery from this place as a first time customer. Waited for an hour (when my food was supposed to show up) and they canceled. They wasted my time & I could have ordered somewhere else. Not impressed with the lack of followthrough nor integrity of this business.
Was extremely excited for this restaurant. Such an incredible disappointment. I am actually upset I spent almost $100 here for food. The bao buns were so over steamed they were soggy. Absolutely will no be going back.
We placed a large order to feed a group from here, and less than half of the order arrived. when we asked for a refund for what was missing they rejected the request. crooks, don't give this place the chance to scam you. food was bad, tastes like microwave tv dinner.
This food was horrible. NOT authentic Asian food. Tasted like frozen food that was heated up, which is what reviews say. The bowls are so tiny, everything thrown in the bowl, mixed up sloppy, the meat pieces are so tiny, nothing like their pictures. Taste is bland, rice is soaked with sauce. Near $60 for 3 tiny teriyaki bowls and 3 tiny buns tasted like hamburgers. ( They also got our order wrong, even though the correct order was written on the receipt on the side of the bag )This food is so low quality, and so darn expensive. I promise you, you will regret it if you ordering this!
Honestly, the worst I’ve ever had. Costco frozen food isle is a 10/10 compared to this jawn right here.DoorDashed a few items and nothing tasted authentic, all frozen foods, to where it got hard by the time I received it. I’m not one to leave a bad review but it was that bad. If you want to do quality business and here for a long time- you need to whip up your food in the kitchen you’re paying for. Ridiculous.
I ordered via Door Dash before realizing it's a ghost kitchen via Sizzler which made me a bit nervous. I got the "orange chicken" bowl and 4 buns. The orange chicken looks like...well not orange chicken I've ever seen anywhere. It was not good looking so I put in the fridge for my husband to try later. The buns were good though, I got 2 beef, 1 cheeseburger, and 1 coconut. I'm sure there a better places out there and I'm not sure I would order again but they were tasty.
Thought I'd try it. Paid 122.00 on uber eats for 24 bao, only got 18 of the 24 promised in their party pack. Potstickers were better than the bao but were low quality compared to real Chinese restaurants.Unhappy with the texture and flavor of the bao. They're just not good. Not bad but definitely not good.
I love this place! I order constantly and they’re always fresh, and on time. The unique flavors in bao aren’t your typical ones, and they really slap.
Its just microwaved garbage
Don’t expect your “usual” flavors. This is more Chinese fusion than American Chinese food. I got a Teriyaki Bowl and 2 whole grain vegetable bao. The teriyaki sauce was complex with many flavors besides the teriyaki. The rice was alright—long-grain and a bit dry. The bao were very good, with filling that tasted quite traditional Chinese.
