Super good sandwiches and the girls are really nice but that need to take off those mask ?
Went for lunch yesterday after not having been in over a year. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food after ordering to the point where everyone who ordered after us had received and eaten their food. After we let them know they forgot us we didn't get any apologies and they still proceeded to take 7 more mins just to make one small salad and a bread bowl. They were not short staffed and in fact had 3 workers behind the counter. This reminded me of why I stopped going. Some people only have an hour for lunch and there was no rush in them to get our order to us. The food has gone downhill as well.

I have received coupons in the mail a few times. I am a single Mom with a teenage daughter and I thought I would treat her and myself. I downloaded the app on my Iphone and the App would NOT allow me to do several things the most important being Checkout so I called. The woman that answered was Hispanic and severely struggled both speaking to and understanding me. I tried hard to help her, I had to repeat things several times as well as correct what she thought I said/ordered. When I asked her to PLEASE get someone who spoke English I felt I was ignored. After several attempt I decided to just go to the Restaurant. She was the only one in there. I tried to explain that in order for me to get the $5.00 off my order I had to use the App but that It was not responding. My daughter and I ordered two Clam Chowders in Bread Bowls, a Salad and some Cookies. I was hungry and just wanted to go home and eat. When we took the food out of the bag there were two VERY SMALL CONTAINERS, No Bread Bowls, cookies hard as a rock. My daughter said she saw those small white containers come out of the microwave. I could have opened a can of clam chowder (which I have), put it in my microwave and saved myself a lot of time, trouble, gas and anxiety.What is going on there??? I have eaten at the Sourdough Store on Fair Oaks & Folsom once and the Food and Service was Superior in comparison. Personally, I would appreciate it if our meal was replaced and replaced the way it was Ordered!!!!
How do you run out of sourdough bowls when you have sourdough in your name? Clam chowder came out of a bag, wass warmed in a microwave and was still cold. Very watery and not very flavorful. Side of bread was okay, but not worth the 30 minute wait around lunchtime on a weekend. Do NOT go for the soup, wish I had gotten a can of condensed from the grocery store....
Okay the last 3 times they have gotten it wrong it not hard to make a sandwich the Italian tells what to put on it but there's only meat jersey Mike's across the street is looking good they seem to follow directions
Ordered a BLT. It was over stuffed with lettuce and dry (no mayo). The salad dressing (jalapeño ranch) is amazing though
I had a sandwich and soup which was ok. Panera's is definitely better.
Delicious sandwich options, dine inside and out. Great neighborhood choice.
