Glad they remodel the whole place. Their food are great.
Cheap, delicious, great portions. The interior is little bit tight and could use more parking spaces. Highly recommend.

I love Viet Ha. The portions are huge! And they're extremely fast! I've only ever dined in one time. The place is tiny so I recommend taking it to go. The parking lot can be a nightmare. We ordered the combo plate #2 with an extra egg roll and the #22 with an extra egg roll. Took them about 10 mins. The food was hot and fresh when I got home. Everything was delicious. The egg rolls are amazing here! They don't taste like egg rolls from other restaurants. Not sure how they do it but it's really crispy and delicious. Dip the egg roll in the fish sauce.

Huge portion. Presentation looked nice. Pick up was fast. Customer service was cold but honestly I expect this especially as a black woman. Not that its right. Just expected... The place is rundown as others have mentioned and can use a makeover. That said the food was not great. Chicken had a LITTLE flavor. Not as much as flavor as Ive had in other Vietnamese resturants outside of Sacramento (or California for that matter). Rice was clumped and stuck together and flavorless. It wasn't hard. Just seems as if it had been sitting in the warming tray a while. I ate it. But I likely wont be back.
Incredible portions for the veggie pho and chicken pho. Best price for what you get. The broth was a little bland, so I added some sauce and and spices, but overall great deal! Will definitely be back.
