The room charges full price but no one lets you know that the room will only be cleaned every 5 days. After three days of no housekeeping I went and ask the room service attendant to please make up our room she only look at me and checked her paper assignment. When my husband and I come back to the room that evening the room was not cleaned. We called front desk they told us that they make up rooms only if we call and schedule. We schedule one for next day at 11:00 am at 3:00 pm when I came back the room still not cleaned. I called the lobby several times no one care to answer the phone. I went down stair to receptionist this is the first time they tell us about the 5 days between cleanings. I told her it would’ve be nice to have the information at check in or a sign in the room, or in the email they send at check in. The receptionist apologized for missing today cleaning schedule and asked if I still want the room clean? Covid restrictions are no longer in place and yet a good hotel is just trying to take a vanish of it to pay less housekeeping staff. So sad! A Marriott hotel should never let something like that happened. It was a holiday weekend and and the hotel was full there was really no excuse not to have full staff in site.
A conveniently located hotel with new construction and affordable suites. It's a very quick drive from downtown Sacramento. My suite was very large with a adequate thin couch bed, large and very firm king bed, great light blocking curtains, adequate wi-fi, a nice kitchen, and lots of outlets. Breakfast included premade sausage egg and cheese bagels, Belgian waffles, and gluten free chocolate muffins. All were delicious but the breakfast can close earlier than expected. Overall, I would definitely come again!
The hotel is a 12-minute drive to the airport and 20-25 minutes to downtown. The hotel is walking distance to a few restaurants and a park. There is no shuttle. If you’re a light sleep ask a room facing the parking lot or a higher floor since there is a highway nearby. Windows are thick but the walls are a little thin. The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. They even allowed for an early check-in. The room was a nice size and clean. The bed was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well with a modern shower. The room had a full modern galley kitchen to include a stove and dishwasher.Other Amenities:- Free WiFi-Outdoor pool- Fitness room- Full galley kitchen-Laundry room-Continental breakfast (breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and cereals. The hotel encouraged social distancing and has an optional mask policy for fully vaccinated guests and required a mask for unvaccinated guests.
Absolutely filthy, Feb 2022. I opened the fridge, long black hair on the top rack, short black hairs on towels, the furniture (couch and chair) in the suite was disgusting- covered in crumbs, hairs and stains, we asked for extra sheets and covered them with sheets before we felt comfortable sitting on them. There was some kind of ketchup or red sauce smeared all over the door tags, the handles of the kitchen drawers and cabinets. Also the suites have a kitchen but no table for multiple people to eat. We felt very uncomfortable in our room due to the dirtyness. I would not stay here again for the price ($170 and $160 per night)
New building with nicely done modern touches. The room was nice and I felt the overall value was good. I would definitely stay here again.
Customer Service - GreatRoom - bugs in the room. They moved me to another room and there were ants in the bathroom. I went downstairs to let them know, they apologized and said, a lot of ppl complains about that and theyve tried to get rid of it. Unfortunately, first n last time staying here. Its not worth the price. I was really excited to stay here bc of the great reviews.Location is great and near everything but the bug problems in the room doesnt help. The stars are for the workers, they were really nice and I appreciate them for accommodating me as best as they can.Its nice that this hotel allows pets to stay in the room but some of these customers need to train their pets how to potty. I was parking my car and a dog literally peed on the entrance door while the owner was on the phone not paying attn to her pet.I had an interesting wknd ....
A bit pricy but worth the comfort and cleanliness. Brittany is professional and I appreciate her patience me. She tried to accommodate my last minute requests.
The place is a seriously upgraded Extended Stay, like an Extended Stay but with a Marriot or Hyatt Flare. The rooms are fresh clean and on point with out any visible signs of wear or aging, including the bathrooms, closets, under the beds and in the corners, by the sinks, etc. These are the areas that usually show wear and aging the quickest. I honestly would've felt comfortable to take a bath there and I generally don't feel that comfortable anywhere but my home where I know that I have cleaned it satisfactorily. There was a breakfast little bag which was not only cute but quite adequate to start your day. The staff was incredibly amazing, super friendly and ultra helpful. Forgetting my razor at home I asked the front desk if they had one I could purchase. She actually did they had 2 razors left in the items they give travelers and so there was no charge for them. The hotel even had a little snack bar that had an assortment of frozen dinners, a variety of ice cream and beverages. The snack bar also had a few dry pantry items and a variety of salty and sweet snacks, along with some essentials one may have forgotten in their trip. When I was making a few calls outside in their patio area, I was beginning to notice how cold it had gotten. It was just as I noticed my fingers cramping from the frigid evening air when the lady security guard on duty came over and showed me how to use their gas fire pit without my even asking (which was a very pleasant suprise). She had only asked that I turn it off when I was ready to go back inside. The hotel is in a quieter section of Natomas but within a half a mile there are restaurants and shopping, and within maybe 2 miles there are grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, a huge variety of different restaurants and even a Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Best Buy, Marshall's and many, many more department stores, bookstores, cosmetic stores, etc.As I am sure you can tell, I would highly recommend this hotel to single travelers, couples or even families. Especially since they have on-site guest laundry, an on-site gym with nice equipment, I am pretty sure they had a pool, and in each room there was a dishwasher, 2 electric burner stove top, full size refrigerator, an assortment of cooking utensils and cookware, coffee pot and actual real dishware, not the cheesy plastic tableware that is so hospitable for germs and bacteria.Awesome place, awesome facilities, awesome staff and in an awesome location. You simply can't beat the value for the inexpensive price.
This is clearly a newer hotel and the room showed it. The bed was very comfortable which is the most important thing for me. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that the ac/heater unit noise does not shut down when it's off and it sounds like a jet engine when it's going. I am a very light sleeper and it was disturbing to me. I sleep better in a cool room but I had to turn off the ac because of the noise. I didn't realize until the second night that the window opens so that helped. I also ended up covering the ac unit with pillows to quiet it down. All that aside, I was very happy with the room.
This location was new, modern and comfortable, about 10 minutes from the airport. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were large. Nice mini kitchen with a large refrigerator. Bathroom was plenty big as well. Hotel shuttles don’t start until 7, we had a get an Uber.
