Food is made fresh. ALL staff are kind and attentive and helpful. We went as a family tonight celebrating my sister's 16th Birthday party! I am baffled and confused reading the one star reviews!? Maybe that was old management and old staff as this review is honest as a first time experience. We were told we'd get a spot where they prepared food in front of us at 7:20 and we were seated right at 7:20 PM. Staff are trusting and not dishonest. I saw people picking up call In orders as well. The staff are beyond sweet they talk and make eye contact with you not like other restraunts. The place is very clean and I watched staff clean the tables I read that others claimed the tables were dirty and they were not. As it was my first time I couldn't really understand the menu and the waiter was very kind and friendly. Waitress was on it refilling drinks and the place isn't dark as well?! I went and saw all around me. That is weird that a lot of people were complaining about the lights?! Why not be happy that you are getting fantastic food at a reasonable price? The chefs are beyond kind check in on you as they are preparing your meals, very professional restraunt. You get a lot of food! No complaints but be hungry and ready to eat. KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC JOB! ALL STAFF! :)
This place seems hellbent on going out of business. The last three times we’ve come, we were unable to be seated. They won’t take reservations and their opening and closing times on the website are wrong. The opening time is listed as 11am. We showed up early (since they don’t accept reservations) and then they snottily tell us (complete with a slap-worthy eyeroll) that they open at 11:30. They whine about people not showing up for reservations… well, here’s a solution: Use OpenTable to have a credit card held on file. Charge people for no-shows! The staff are completely uninterested in helping customers and act as if you’re inconveniencing them by want to patronize their poorly run business. The owner should fire everyone there and start over.
Excellent service and food. The staff is very attentive and has you covered with answers to all your questions. Great quality food and price. I had the New York steak and chicken combo. Very delicious.

My family and I have been coming here for years and it still doesn't disappoint. Great food and service. The last few times our chef has been Jacob and he does a good job entertaining our kids while making our yummy food.
Outstanding experience. Food was great.Don't go there if you are in a hurry, but if like tasty food and can put it down you won't be disapointed.
Very expensive! Built it tip in the bills, not optional. I will never go back there again. I will not complain about the tip if they have excellent food and services. Ambiance is not good as well.
They don't cook in front of you anymore due to COVID, but the food is still good. The fried rice is the star of the show, imo. Don't skip it or go for steamed. Treat yourself!Their calamari is also super tender. Not like those rubbery things you overcook at home or get at other places. Fried rice and calamari--get those two.
The general manager was very rude also the place need to be cleaned up. I asked for my rice to be cooked with no pork (pork allergies). They told me my food would have to be cooked in the back I was fine with that. I over heard her talk with another customer about me. Once I asked why am I being discussed with another customer they instantly started being rude saying they don’t care and if we have a problem we could leave ?, like are you serious!!!! Never ?? again!!!!
This review is for the takeout service. I ordered the spicy garlic beef and teriyaki chicken plate. Very little portions and the salad seems to be days old. Did not even ate the salad.First and last time to try this place.
