Half of BBQ ports in my order were all fat. Service was super slow and terrible.They have time to take phone calls but didn't have a few seconds to say hello when I came to the front of the cashier?! . I wait there for over five min before taking my order, after they were busying counting money. What the hack, there were three waitress. I will never come back again. Do they care, of course they don't?!
Eh..... Cute place, but I wouldn’t say the same about the service here, the workers were polite but... I can’t even start with how slow the service could be, I am writing my review as I’m sitting inside Tealicious and I just received my drink, which took 15-20 minutes to come out, I swear it does not take that long to make such simple drinks, even I was able to create a Thai tea in about 2 minutes at eight years old, my uncle owned a boba and food place in Delta Shores, I learned from watching the employees once, and wow they were quick with every customer’s orders. Compared to here.... Tealicious could be better. My father just finished his food right after me and my brother just got our milk teas. Food here is pretty good but I don’t know what is going on in that kitchen to make my food come out...
Get the jasmine tea milk foam. Thank me later. Strong floral jasmine tea flavor. Not too sweet.
Was on the hunt for some boba, and came across this place after placing an order for dinner nearby. The menu seems pretty extensive, and they also have food which caught my eye.I ended up getting this strawberry matcha latte which was actually pretty good. There was chunks of strawberry and the matcha flavor was pretty decent.We got an order of the biang biang noodles and the fried tofu. The tofu was fried nicely, although the seasoning did not hit all of the tofu pieces. I thought the biang biang noodles would be thicker, but the noodles were pretty delicious. They were just the right amount of spicy and chewy.They also seem to have a ton of other food items and I saw that many people after us were just ordering food and not boba. Will probably have to check out their other food items sometime in the near future. The shop is pretty spacious, and very cute inside.
If you're here for tea and rice plates you'll get good service. But if you're ordering the baked rice, be prepared to wait for about an hour, ask the cashier three times about it and still not get your food. People who were seated after me got their food and finished eating before I even got any food. Extremely disappointed, and so extremely ridiculous especially after looking forward to having some Hong Kong food.
If I can give them zero star, I will definitely will. Came here for lunch time before it got packed. Order 5 dishes, nothing that that too long supposedly. After 40 minutes, one dish came out.. ok it gotten busy but the kitchen should be working on our order. After another 30 minutes, one more dish came out.m, we just ask them how come the 2 dish we order from their bbq meat selection still taking so long, ohhhhh we will work on it now. After 30 minutes, still nothing. How hard to chop up some duck and put it on noodles soup. It's ridiculous. End up just canceling out order.. Never ever want to come back here.
The chicken and duck dishes were delicious but a bit on the salty side. The steak we ordered was still raw. Took forever to get the drinks we ordered. Servers were very friendly.
Staff was friendly, food tasted decent, priced pretty competitively. I must say though, I probably won't order a chicken dish again because I got white/breast meat.
Had hot food there for lunch! Best BBQ Roast Duck & Crispy Roast Pork in Sac. Highly recommended.
