Tucked away in a little corner of a strip mall is an unsuspecting boba shop. After searching for a boba spot in the area, Tea Bay popped up and I was pretty intrigued.The store itself is pretty cute and also has board games available if you're interested in hanging out. The staff member greet us as soon as we walked in. I ended up ordering a milk tea with no boba and half sweet. Overall not a bad tasting milk tea, it had a good strong tea flavor.There is a parking lot so you won't have to worry about looking for a space.
No disrespect but this places drinks are horrible. The taro milk tea was disgusting wasn't even purple did not taste like taro wasn't sweet or anything. Oreo milkshake was gross didn't even taste like oreos or a milkshake at that. Thought it might be similar to quickly but boy was I wrong. Not trying to be rude but this my honest opinion and I'm only speaking for the drinks because they were gross. Will be sticking to quickly.

Honestly I was so excited to see a boba spot near by but sadly I was extremely disappointed with my food and drink, I ordered a thai tea full sweetness and instead of the bright orange sweet and creamy tea Id expect I got a brownish orange bland and hardly sweeted tea. For food I ordered a honey chicken combo, the chicken itself is amazing not over cooked light and crispy batter breading. The sauce on the otherhand essentially tasted like sweet mayo, gross, and the rice was obviously not washed before cooked because it smells so strong. The musubi I ordered was ok tho its about 90%rice and a thin slice of spam. Really disappointed dont know if ill come back

Super delicious and fast service, I will come back to this review to add pictures. I ordered the takoyaki and teriyaki chicken. This is my first time ordering from this place as well as trying takoyaki. The teriyaki chicken comes with rice, sesame balls and broccoli. I do wish the teriyaki included more broccoli instead of one piece. The rice, sesame balls, and chicken were delicious. No complaints on the takoyaki since this was a first try so I don't have much to compare it to but it was delicious and tasted as expected.
I got the coconut milk tea with boba. The tea was really good, and I was excited to see they had it since most shops in the area don't. The inside of the shop was really pretty and clean, and the batista was very nice. The only reason I took off a star was because there wasn't very much ice in the drink and the boba was super bland. The texture was good, but there was no flavor to it. It was disappointing to have such fantastic tea with such horrible boba. Because of how little ice was in the drink, it got warm really quick too.

First thing I will say, is something that a lot of people have already said, or thought... This place is a VAST improvement over the shop that used to be in this location!!I was stopping by the 711 next door, and I noticed Tea Bay, which I hadn't ever seen before, so I decided to go in and check it out. I couldn't possibly just check out a tea shop, of course I had to try one of their beverages.I just got a regular milk tea (basic brown sugar milk tea, I believe..?) With the addition of regular boba, of course! The milk tea was yummy, nice and sweet, like I like it, though, if you don't have a sweet tooth, you can order it less sweet. The boba were pretty close to perfection! Excellent texture, not too chewy, and not dry or hard in the center.A nice bonus about this shop, it was open pretty late. I believe it was about 9:45 pm when I stopped by. I am also pretty sure that they closed at 10. Even though I came pretty close to closing time, the staff member that helped me was super friendly and welcoming. She didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience for being there just before closing. I can't ask for much more than all that!
