I've walked by this place tons of times. Not crazy about tea but am starting to try it here and there. I interrogated the poor person taking my order, they were SO patient with me. I finally narrowed down a tea with all the fixins & placed my order. Tried it... immediately not a fan. Took another sip because I refuse to waste it or order another one.. but I just couldn't do it. This particular tea flavor was just not my jam. Sat there for 10 min working up the courage to go back up to the counter & order a different one. I finally did.. apologized & placed another order. Pulled out my credit card and the (same) cashier wouldn't ring me up. Said they'll remake something else on the house. I said ohhhh no way, this is NOT your fault that I didn't like it & I'm using up more of your products to place another order. They still kindly refused & said they wanted to make it right so that I was happy! No one cares about customer service anymore these days & it was refreshing to experience it here. I'll absolutely go back, they take care of their customers! Thank you to the cashier that took my order this morning, right after you opened the doors!
Well there is no 3 star rating, So I’ll post this as a “don’t recommend”. (Food is excellent. Staff is great). BUT. Their online order system stinks. You can’t use your gift cards. You can’t order via phone and pay at pick up and there is no way to message them and complain. Therefore if you are a loyal customer who just wants to grab a quick lunch you are forced to go in and order if you wish to pay with your gift card —and wait 30 min for food. Huge inconvenience when you only get an hour lunch and want to order ahead.
Their food is so fresh, absolutely delicious. Their ginger wasabi sauce is to die for. And of course it goes without saying that their teas are divine.
My go-to for lunch before attending a show at The Sophia. Love the wraps ( big enough and chock full of fresh ingredients to split with my friend) and OH, do I love the hot Green Tea with Almonds!
I wasn't super impressed by this place. My almond milk tea genuinely tasted like mildly flavored water. The vibe was good though and they have a good selection.
Usually stop by here every so often to grab a wrap or a salad. Staff is friendly, food comes out fairly quick, and always taste fresh.2nd review: came out here again and realized how pricey it actually is. Food always taste good, staff is beyond friendly but paying $20-25 a person for food, coffee + tip is a bit pricey.
Love Tea Bar!! Their make your own salads are amazing, it's very filling, healthy and absolutely delicious. Their tea drinks are also very good! Would highly recommend for lunch spot!
