Someone recommended that I try Tank House and it didn’t no disappoint. The wait was a little long but I did go right after the Farmers Market. Everything was delicious, I would just try a different bbq sauce next time because the sweet bbq taste like Mumbo sauce. Also I would order the pull pork sandwich again but without the cheese.

I went there looking for some decent smoked meats in Sacramento. What I found was well smoked brisket and pulled pork, very tender and juicy, but I thought it was a lighter smoke flavor. I was hoping for something a little more robust. To me, it didn’t taste like there was salt, pepper, or any kind of rub on it. If there was, then it was light for my preference. I tried both sauces. The sweet was meh, and the tangy reminded me of what you would use to mop the meats while smoking. Neither were bad, but they just didn’t do it for me.

I tried the hot sauce it was my favorite, the ribs are soft and ok. the sangria drink was good the place is nice and you can sit inside or outside
Okay , their dirty Mac and cheese is insanely delicious. I was out for a walk and could not walk by. They also have a great selection of other plates , great BBQ and a solid rotation of good beers. Must visit!
Overcooked, leather-dry chicken, unseasoned and disintegrating, chalky pulled pork. Undercooked greens. Unseasoned coleslaw. Inadequate BBQ sauce. Plus, we asked for one sweet and one tangy and received one sweet and one hot, which was way too hot yet flavorless. I feel bad because this was a birthday dinner for my friend, and it was the worst BBQ I've ever had. The sweet sauce was good and the ribs ok if smothered in the sweet sauce, but there was not enough of it.
