After coming here for almost a year The service gets worse and worse , These guys need a better system . Wish I could take my family here but I just can’t I’ve have much better thai tea I would recommend Tastea, much better employees and drinks. Will never be returning here.

This is one of the most awful tea for you in Sacramento let’s just start off with the drinks very basic you can find better drinks up the street . I wish they would treat their customers a lot better do not waste your time with this awful place.
I've been here and left disappointed every time I asked for no ice & got ice I had my mother in law with me today ordered caramel milk tea got regular milk tea instead. Both drinks were watered down like they had just been sitting out all day DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE . & Tipping these jerks was a huge mistake.
I visit Sacramento & this used to be a very good shop , Terrified of the staff , Mediocre drinks.
Tea 4 has some of the best decoration! Their drinks are not the best.. Not to mention rude to the elderly.
Delicious teas! We've been coming here for a few years now, and always a good atmosphere. Great music, friendly staff. Highly recommend it!I just found out most of their milk teas are not dairy! They don't advertise this blatantly but they should! Most of the teas I wanted I thought I couldn't have, but I can and they're fantastic!It's literally our favorite place for tea, and they have a lot of exotic tees, all of which we have liked. We haven't had a single tea we didn't like! I highly recommend their Tarro tea as well as the rose teas!
