Staff was extremely friendly. Food was decent, but could have been a little warmer, but their customer service and the atmosphere was great.

Sweet hosts...Great place! 1st time visit with grand babes was a delight! Kids even bought defective toy from vender machine and these guys replaced it for free. Thx, we'll be back!?
First time visiting this location. The price here is higher than other locations.
I love T4! I came here around 5:30pm after I picked up my kids from school to get a treat. When we walked in, there was one employee at the front door talking to a customer and one behind the register. We were looking at the menu, when my 8 yr old son needed to pee. Like really bad. I asked the guy at the register if there was a restroom he could use. He said YES, but there is someone in there right now. While we waited for the restroom to be available, the woman employee at the front door told us the restrooms were closed. I asked nicely if could use it because he really had to go. She proceeded to yell at us saying it was closed. I pointed out the sign at the front door saying "Restrooms are for customers only" She then proceeded to tell me it was closed for covid and that it was broken. She then got on her phone and walked to the back out of sight. The bathroom opened up, and out came another employee. The door closed, and before I said anything, she said "oh you need the key." And gave me the key. This was all before we ordered. I don't know what the woman employees problem was. If she is the manager, she needs more skills in training the employees and talking to customers. She was being a flat out rude. I will not go back to this location because of thi and I bring my friends and family here many times before.
T4 is one of my reliable boba chains I like going to for specifically rose milk tea and winter melon milk tea. Get it half sweet, if you typically like authentic boba. I noticed that prices went up to ~$5-6 dollars since the pandemic though.
Still my favorite place b/c this location still sells my favorite tea! Osmanthus oolong tea!
Me & my family visited a lot of T4 branches, and this location exceeded my expectations. We ordered our favorite (popcorn chicken & calamari) for pick up. As expected, they tasted delicious! And they also included in the bag all things that we need to eat them in the car. Great job guys, thank you all??????
Always buy their pandan waffle but this time is NOT the same. The waffle was stiff, dry, powdery and not fluffy.
