On Mother's day I went through this Drive-through to get a sandwich and a latte'. When I got to the window to pay the gentleman handed me my drink. As I placed it in my cup holder I noticed that it was full up to the rim of the cup. I was handed my sandwich also and made a comment that my App wasn't working so I wasn't able to record my purchase. I was told to contact Corporate. As I drove through I could see my drink had leaked out of the container and into the cup holder. I then parked, picked up the drink and proceeded to the front door of the Store to ask for another drink and many napkins to clean my cup holder. I tapped on the door (it was locked), no one came over to let me in. I then proceeded to the Drivethru line (Again), to get the matter taken care of. When finally getting to the Drivethru window...I told them what happened showed them the spilt coffee inthe cup holder which had also spilt onto documents nearby. The Gentleman handed me Another drink filled to the brim with coffee! at this point I thought "Good help, must be really hard to find". I stopped him by telling him "I don't want that, look at the cup...Do you see anything wrong?" He stared blankly at me and I stated "The cup is too full, pour some of the coffee out please." I then asked for napkins to clean the mess the first overfull coffee cup made. Got my cup returned to me dripping with coffee. I had to ask to have the cup wiped down before I would retrieve it. A female who identified herself as the Manager came to the window as Iwas about to drive away. She stated that she was sorry and would use this incident to further train her staff in the future. Offered nothing in the way of a credit, sandwich by this time was cold. The call to Corporate was uneventful as I was hung-up on. After 3 tries I just gave up. I have been in Customer Service for over 30 years and have yet to see such unprofessional, impersonal service anywhere I've been. I lived near Seattle when Starbucks first opened and had never had such incompetent service, Ever! Use this review as a training tool on how to lose Customers because you have surely lost mine and my families business!
My favorite coffee from here is the ribbon caramel crunch, I just don't like the fact that they have to charge me for almond milk when I can't have regular milk
Always on point at this location. Make the line go quickly even if it's fairly long. Order is always accurate even if there's modifications.
Very friendly baristas. Drive thru lines can be long but they move pretty quickly. Drinks often made correctly and they'll fix your order if it's wrong.
Placed a mobile order, spend almost $33 on my order to get to this location and they’re completely CLOSED. They have a sign saying they’re closed due to COVID? understandable, But why is this not updated on the mobile web. What a Waste of $33, extremely upset.
It is a good place for drinks. I appreciate that they have an available bathroom.
Waited 30 mins in line for nothing , the place was closed. They did not put a sign in the entrance of the drive thru.
Favorite Starbucks location! Service is always super friendly. If they get my drink wrong they correct it without hesitation. Drive thru is always very fast! Keep up the great service ?
I visited 12/10/21 around 5:30AM. Brittany provided world class customer service! She has excellent communication skills, she initiated a conversation while my drink was being made. Most of the time, people would walk away or close the drive thru window, no interaction with the customer at all. Brittany was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and recommended a drink! By the way, the drink was amazing! Service everywhere has been terrible and it’s hard to come by employees with her type of customer service skills. She’s a keeper!Continue being so awesome! And thank you for a great customer experience. :)
