Wrong hours posted. At least post updates to Google or in your app if u gonna close early. It's too hot to be driving around.
So today had a fun adventure where I bought a drink and sandwich and drove to work. Getting to work I grabbed my sandwich and went to my trunk only to see my sandwich fall on the ground.Thinking I grabbed it upside down I picked it up putting it into the other open end of the bag... only for it to fall on the ground -again!That's when I noticed that the bags seal was open the glue had snapped ...seriously!?!Called the store and was told that they knew about this issue and to call corporate.Nothing more than..call corporate...It was like a rehearsed speech.Yet, never did they warn about the issue that they were admitting aware ofTomato and mozzarella sandwich lost...just to learn never come back to this store again
OMG I LOVEEEEEE their drinks they are awesome and I really love their hot chocolate so thanks Starbucks you guys get a 5 star review ?
I come to Starbucks because of outstanding customer service and great consistency. I've never had a bad experience. I used to work for Starbucks. Great company
I had worst experience at Starbucks women got drinks mixed up and came window with attitude and rolling her eyes I had asked for Decaf White Mocha with Chocolate Drizzle on top instead got on the bottom of cup and it was so much mentioned it but didn't get response but attitude instead. So will I return NO!
3 stars only due to the website says open until 7p and when I get there, they are closed. The only notice of this is having a piece of paper in the drive thru window stating they are now closed 3 days a week and operate under new hours.... maybe update your web page to reflect said decisions and not have all the lights on in an empty building....
My least favorite of the Starbucks i visited so far. My chai was not sweet enough, not spicy, and her matcha was ?. Still, nice ppl just didn't seem like there was a senior barista running the show.
This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in Sacramento. The service is excellent and the drive through is the fastest ever.
Consistently good coffee from this location. Even when they're busy, the line keeps moving. The staff here are exceptionally friendly. They always get my drink right. A+++++
Ate the egg gouda cheese with bacon sandwich. Good and Swiss colony coffee cold brew. Good too.
