If I could give this place zero stars I would. I intended to purchase a drink from this establishment. I waited over 5min to place my order, at this time I was the only one standing in line & not acknowledged at all by either of the 2 employees at the front counter. After waiting I spoke up...i attempted to place my order & the male employee told me not to be rude (mistake number one) & when I asked him to repeat himself he proceeded to say "you can either stop being rude & we'll make your drink or you can leave"... I usually go to this location in the morning & the employees in the morning are awesome. Whoever taught the afternoon employees about customer service did it WRONG. needless to say I left without my drink & without any kind of apology for the rude service I was actually provided. ??
Staff is friendly but they're never listening I'm always needing to repeat myself and my order still ends up wrong very simple order of iced coffee with cream and vanilla. I've received multiple refunds due to drinks being made wrong maybe something else needs to be done. Time wasting and creates a big disconnect with customer and barista. They close at weird times you never know. The line can get insanely long and it doesn't move.
This Starbucks is one of the best for in store hard to find mugs/ accessories. Staff is courteous and seem to have very good working crew. Their synergy is very obvious!
Yeah no the little girls here just stand and do nothing but still act tired, won't even call your name just let's your drink sit there. You need to be properly trained and your parents need to discipline you for being so lazy
Its 11am. This location is right by my job. In the entire year I’ve been coming to this location 2 to 3 times a week, they are always out of oat milk. Whoever is in charge of inventory at this location, please stock up
I go to this one almost every time I get gas at Costco. This time I went inside, rested a bit before I went and filled up my tank. I always appreciate the way they treat me here.
Can't say I've ever had a bad experience with staff, but this sb is virtually useless. It doesn't matter what time of day I come here, 50/50 chance they're closed. They're always closed! If I go in, bathrooms are also almost always closed. This location is the closest to where I live and drive, but I've stopped ever even trying to go here, because there's just no point. I end up driving miles out of my way to Arden. Very frustrating. Maybe not this managers fault. Maybe they just can't get staffing, idk. But it may as well not even be here
The worse place in the county. Today morning I got there a cup of regular black coffee. It was even not warm, and I asked to make it hot. What you think? They just added hot water in my coffee!! It is horrible.
The drinks are NEVER made the same. Some days they are great and others not so great. They also have recently hired new staff and unfortunately not all of them are that friendly
