They treat you great here, but be prepared to wait as it's one of the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to.
Absolute zero stars. I ordered my drink, and waited over 15 mins for my drink and hey hadn't even started it. I just left without my drink because I had a Lyft waiting for me. The employees were incredibly slow and lacked training.
My neighborhood Starbucks is better than your neighborhood Starbucks. Smile, be nice to my morning friends and tip generously! Check out my guy Alex with his sweet mop, slaying behind the bar- pretty sure he owns this place.
I went to pick up my mobile order. It was clear they were a little short staffed today. I patiently waited. When my app let me know my order was ready I went to the window to request my order. Chelsea (the barista assigned to mobile orders) asked my name, to which I responded. Another woman was speaking at the same time, but indicated I had been there first. When asked, I said my name again, and she said she didn't see my order clearly irritated with the volume of people in the store. I sat back down and patiently waited another 10min before I went back up and asked again. batista greeted me and kindly handed me my drinks had been sitting there the whole time. Chelsea because of being annoyed with me, denied giving me my drinks and had me wait a full 20min for my mobile order. I think ithe incident was definitely racially charged. Because when I went to talk to her about it she shrugged me off and told me I got my stuff so I should be happy. What a way to start my day.
I was guna get a grande pumpkin cold brew and the worked told me I should get a trenta because I was using stars so why not go bigger, I only gave 4 stars though because it didn't have enough pumpkin foam for the amount of cold brew so was kinda bitter, location is everything though
Staff talked BS out loud about others in front of customers.And the customers after me got their drinks before me. A bit irritated when my drinks were simple compared to the other drinks.Talk less, focus on work in a timely ordered manner.Worst Starbucks experience.
If I could give them a zero I would! By far the WORSE Starbucks I’ve ever been to!! Walked in and the girls at the front counter didn’t even acknowledge me or the other person waiting. There was 4 girls working and only ONE making drinks the rest were just around talking to one another. On top of that they got my order wrong & it tasted terrible!

I love the convenience of the location of this Starbucks because its on my way to work. I have ordered about a dozen times from here, and half of the orders were never ready at the time specified. Mind you I know how busy it is so I order a good 20-30min ahead! Two times, my drink orders were completely ignored but the barista sees my order on the computer and says "I dont know what happened." I told her I ordered 20 minutes ago, showed her my order on the app saying it should have been done 7 minutes ago. This is when she decides to help me and have my drink made. No apologies. I'm normally pretty patient but this had me seeing red as I was late to work.
I had a mobile order which was placed 20 mins prior to my arrival. I arrive, and they tell me to wait, i wait an extra 15 mins they still don’t t have it. I tell the girl in the front that one of these drinks could be mine can you please double check, she says we don't have an order with your name, and she goes on and says “are you sure you even ordered a drink” i said yes i showed her proof. Mind you my drink was right in-front of her. She grabs it and slams it in-front of me without apologizing.This is not their first time btw.
