Clean inside, nice sitting area outside, my order was served with smile on barista's face... ? ☕️ ?... awesome friendly stafflocation is also very convenient (near freeway)... ?
Went into this Starbucks on March 30th at 7pm noticed there were 3 tables with no chairs for customers. When approached the store Supervisor she claimed the chairs were borrowed from other tables. I respectfully told her that was not the case due to basic observation. She then said she will look into . She went into the back office, came out and said 2 or 3 may have been broken. I was then told I can sit out side while it was 59° . They were very rude and unprofessional. I am a business owner in finance and was meeting with an elderly client and don't plan on keeping her out in the cold. This star bucks is not accommodating
Like getting the breakfast since the hot sandwiches and pastries are really tasty...the cold drinks are my favorite also
YOU EVER CONSIDER MAYBE UPDATING YOUR HOURS ON THE APP??? EVERY STARBUCKS IN SACRAMENTO HAS DEMONSTRATED A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BY UPDATING THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION, IF ORDER AHEAD IS AVAILABLE, AND THEY'RE CLOSING TIME. TRUXEL AND I-80 LOCATION HASN'T BOTHERED TO GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS UPDATES ON EARLY CLOSURES. THEY HAVE A PAPER SIGN TAPED TO THE DOOR WHEN YOU WALK UP TO IT SAYING THAT THEY'RE SORRY THEY'VE CLOSED EARLY. THE ONLY UPDATE I'VE SEEN ON THE APP FOR THIS PARTICULAR STORE AT I-80 AND TRUXEL IS ORDER AHEAD NOT AVAILABLE. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I'VE BEEN HERE AND ITS CLOSED. FINDING STORES OPEN IS THE MAIN FEATURE ON THE APP. FIND ONE OPEN AND IF THEY'RE ORDERING AHEAD.SO MANY OF THEM ARE CLOSED NOW BECAUSE OF COVID OR SHORT STAFF SO THEY LEAVE EARLY, TOTALLY GET IT, WOULD LIKE TO KNOW BEFORE DRIVING ACROSS TOWN BECAUSE ON THE APP IT SAYS YOU ARE CURRENTLY OPEN UNTIL 10:00 P.M. BUT NOT TAKING MOBILE ORDERS. COULD HAVE SPENT MY TIME GOING TO A STARBUCKS THAT WAS ACTUALLY OPEN.

The people were nice and everything was as expected. Hard to beat a consistently good experience.
Dont know what's up with this store lately but they never open on time or haven't changed the advertised hours. They say open at 5am and dont open sometimes til 730
It's that time of year that I wait for all year long!!! Peppermint Mochas and my wait for a year for all time favorite, Eggnog Lattes! Had my sights set for my favorite and sad to say, they said "they didn't bring the eggnog back with them". It felt like my bubble had just burst so I settled for a Peppermint Mocha ,that for some reason or another, just didn't taste right. But I have high hopes for the next Starbucks run!
Sunday shift straight up bad. I think one of the baristas name Javier. 1.looked very confused while taking the order. AND got my 2 of my orders wrong. And the one making the orders does them horrible and quickly.
Always a friendly professional staff at this location. Patient and focused on pleasing the customer!
