Just came in, there were a couple people ahead of me. I waited almost 15 minutes for them to realize my food had just been sitting already done in the back. Had multiple people tell me it was coming up. Didn’t apologize for handing me cold food nearly 15 min later. I am really understanding for busy mornings but the lack of caring or attempting to make it right was pretty disappointing.
Had a client meeting and it wasn't super busy and they were super friendly and helpful!
I see Starbucks as an expensive source of acceptable coffee and snack. Today was a new low. Both drinks tasted watered down, and the sandwiches were slapped together with cheese melted in the bags. The overfilled drinks spilled in the car during the drive through the neighborhood. That’s what you get for $20. It would be a one-star review but the lady at the pick up counter was OK.

Very rude and unprofessional. Very unwelcoming. I was shopping for a new home in this area, but no longer. I will take my money elsewhere, and influence my friends with money to do the same.
Their puppacino kills some puppies. it might seem absurd but it is true. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT! the people there also are not at all friendly and the service is awful!
I have been going to Starbucks all over California and Oregon for many years - Chris ( the one with 2 little kids ) at the Watt and Fair Oaks Boulevard location is the best barista I’ve ever come across! So personable, customer oriented, helpful and kind !!!This is now my go-to Starbucks !!! ?
