I guess if you don’t come here every day then they don’t care for you. I placed a mobile order and just walked in casually in no rush. Did not get greeted. When the lady looked at me I approached the pick up area and she didn’t say hi or anything. I just let her know I’m amber and have a mobile order - knowing it might not be ready. The lady with curly black hair said oh okay well we just got it and we’re making it but pretty rude. If I was rushing or rude I’d get it but I’m actually not in a rush and would’ve appreciated a more kind acknowledgment. Then as I’m patiently waiting I realize it’s been past the time of my order to be ready and it had been sitting there but she never let me know. At the end of the day it’s about customer service and working in the industry I understand how it can be but at least try to be on top of your game as much as you can be with this environment. The least you can be is nice and say hello.
Typically a trip to Starbucks brightens up my day with their friendly and welcoming environment. Today on the other hand was not the case. I’m healing from having my wisdom teeth extracted so I can’t eat solids and I felt like I was a bother to the cashier who was a young stout gentleman. I’m not quite sure if he was tired or what but when I go to Starbucks I like to have the personalized experience and one of my favorite things is hearing my name called as if we’re friends. The gentleman that took my order didn’t seem to care for my name. He didn’t ask and didn’t offer me my receipt so that I could know his. As I’m waiting in the lobby I hear 4 different people get called up by name and greeted warmly. The same cashier seemed to be familiar with a regular customer and even sent the older gentleman off with a “see ya next time Jack. have a nice day.” When my drink was ready the gentleman called up the drink by it’s menu name and proceeded to head to the back staff area without so much as an acknowledgement. I’m not sure if maybe I just didn’t fit the “demographic” of what they’re used to but it made me not want to give them my business in the future. Please do better.
Gets my drink wrong definitely didn’t add the amount of shots in espresso! Remade drink and then leave to find out that they gave me the wrong sandwich. Took a long time to get order correct
I would like to point out that I fully understand that some places are understaffed, overwhelmed, and just not in a great environment: however, going into Starbucks this morning 2/10/22 @8:41am the very first thing I hear in a room full of customers - is an employee yell at another employee “Can you stop yelling I can’t hear this guy talk”. I was so applauded and in disbelief. This employee (male) was taking an order from a customer at the cashier that was clear ways away from the employee (female) who was handing out (reading out loud) customer orders that the other end!! The look on that poor girls face I was just so I’m shook! The disrespect- he could have easily pulled her aside and said hey it’s difficult to hear something’s or something I don’t know but in FRONT of all customers and staff. That should NOT be allowed! Also when it was my turn to take my order, once I finished it - they employee (another male employee) dismissed me when I asked if everything went through (meaning my payment from the Starbucks app) and he brushed me off and pretty much gestured move along lady! This Starbucks is in serious need of some customer service training because my god- that is not how I would like to be treated as an employee or as a customer! I couldn’t get their names because they were moving a lot. Do better guys!
Edit. So. Its Saturday morning. Theyre drive through only. Im being a jerk here,, but i thought starbucks was the place to work at,, I guess not. Idk y they're choosing to literally run this place into the ground.Old review...Keep closing earlier and earlier without warning. Lame. Pay your employees more, starbucks. Keep messing up and ppl will remember that this isn't the most reliable place. I used to come here a lot, but not anymore. Prime opportunity for competition.

The drive-thru moves fast for how busy this location is. Even with how fast they are pumping out the drinks, the drive-thru attendant still makes the time to make it a personal experience.
I wanted a hot. Sweet latte. What they gave me. Was coffee and creme. No foam what so ever. I will not be going to the one on Arden.and Howe anymore. I'll stick to the ones in West Sac.
My regular Starbucks. They remember me and are friendly. They are very busy so you may have to wait longer than you like- I recommend mobile ordering.
They seem to have a rat infestation, property owner should address promptly before the whole neighborhood is infestationPlus observed manager Eddy grab my gift card from trash and serve food all with no gloves for him or any of his staff in the mornings before work. Also don't like that they don't put any nutrition facts on drinks and food I have no idea what I'm eating or drinking from their menu. The new Caramel Brulee is good though just a little sweet can't taste the coffee really but other than that all good thanks SOB
