I have showed up to this Starcucks many times and it has been going down hill. I have tried to go in the store multiple times and it's been closed but at least with a note saying temporarily closed. Normally the drive through lane is wrapped around the building so if you wanted to stop, it's not going to be fast. This morning I showed up to one car in the drive through and no notes on the door with an employee at the counter. The store hour sign says open at 5am and it's now 530am but the door is locked. I knocked on the door and the employee would look up and then back down not saying closed, open, drive though only, nothing. Just ignored me.! I am very frustrated with this store, the employee and past experiences leading up to this point.
Trying to enjoy my breakfast while driving, but it's hard to when your sandwich look like this,smh?
I used to work for Starbucks and every time I go to this location the wait is 20-30 mins in the drive thru. That's including the 10 minute wait once you're at the speaker. I would suggest never get customized drink here they don't ever label correctly or make the drink properly. I spent $22 on 3 Custom Venti Frappuccinos just for them to be made incorrectly. Starbucks #1 priority is the customer service. They definitely need to do better. I rather drive to Rio Linda location to get my drink made properly.
I've gone to super popular Starbucks & my items are completed in 5 minutes latest 10min. This Norwood Starbucks is extremely slowwwwwww. What are they doing ? The coffee isn't different so why am I in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. And to top it off thier parking lot can't hold up this super long line that Starbucks create. The cars waiting are blocking other companies clients. This is ridiculous!
Christmas time with a girl friend headed to the gym. Happy for this drive thru boost of coffee and always nice people.

It was so disappointing that this location is in such bad shape. Only drive thru is offered and not oven mobile order. We were passing through from Roseville.
Wait for seasonal drink and get highly disappointed. You get 1 star
Good Starbucks people are friendly but it does get pretty busy on Sundays. Might be better to put a mobile order in that day
Drive thru this Starbucks while driving thru Roseville on I80. Decided to stop here for coffee to keep me going for another 100miles to bay area. Staff did good job making strong coffee.
