I've been here several times. It is a large Starbucks with nice outdoor seating. The problem is it takes a very long time to get drinks. You may be the only person inside but you'll still wait 10 minutes for your basic iced coffee. They seemingly prioritize drive-thru and app orders? The customer service and professionalism is sub-par compared to other Starbucks in the vicinity. The frequently fail to provide you straws, stirrers, sugars, etc. and almost never announce when your order is ready. Foodstuffs like breakfast sandwiches lay on the counter without an order label. Whose sandwich is that? How long has it been there? Hmm.
We waited in line for 20min. When we got up to order they told us their machines were down and could only take cash. I do not carry cash so we set in line for another 10 mins to just leave. We suggested they put a sign out on the board where they stated they were out of trays, large cups and pumpkin spice so others wouldn't need to wait 30mins when they don't have cash on them either and the girl at the window was rude with her answer. I understand things happen, but let people know before they sit in line forever.
They are very inconsistent about their times I came on Saturday as it says it’s open but see it closed with a sign on the door
Make us wait in drive thru for more than 30 mins early in the morning at 8am. No starbucks employees answering the customer order in the drive thru. Theres no open or close sign posted, no cones in the drive thru that means it is still close. And theres a long line behind me waiting on the drive thru.It happens january 25,2022.
i literally ordered few minutes ago for a grande brown sugar shaken espresso light iced, it is my go to drink this is the first Starbucks place who told me that since i asked for light iced there’s gonna be a space on my cup and they forgot to put BROWN SUGAR on my order.
Call first to make sure they are open. Since Covid started this Delta Shores location has been closed more than 5 times. Do not place a mobile order unless you are sure they are open! Twice now I have placed mobiles only to show up (along with many others) to discover they are closed. Do not understand why they cannot just update their website to say "closed" on their mobile apps - come ON Star***ks
I've been to location a few times. The inside is rarely packed (as are most Starbucks) but the drive thru line is always long. Unfortunately, I am not a ☕ drinker (I prefer tea) and their tea menu is less than impressive. They offer only one tea without caffeine and the other four choices are not much to choose from. I do like the baked goods although they are sandbagged. All in all, this is a great place to meet you're friends and have a cup of coffee on a cold rainy day. The ambiance is for me.?
Couldn't go inside. Lobby was closed due to staffing issues. Went to the drive thru. Couldn't get what I wanted because they were out of the syrup needed to make it. Very disappointed. ?
Every time I come here it is always exemplary service. Great coffee, great management, friendly staff. Wide selection of coffee and grab and go food. Try it almond croissant, espresso, or Caffe latte. Right off of I-5 on the southern edge of Sacramento, near the water tower.
