This was the 2nd time they made my order and they insisted I was told them the order incorrectly when I had the order written down on a piece of paper. How do you mess that up? Also does that look like extra Caramel?

It's a nice little Starbucks, it always has plenty of seating inside. The drinks taste watered down and bland, but that's just a classic Starbucks thing. This is the closest coffee shop to CRC so that's why I go here sometimes.
Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 8 years because it’s literally 3 mins from me. They are always busy which I understand! But I am taking 1 star off because of my inconsistent drink. I always mobile order with light cream but I always get extra cream for some reason. Light splash of cream literally means light splash of cream, not a whole cup. When they aren’t super busy I ask for remakes. Please do better! Thanks

This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff is so nice and genuinely ask you about your day although they are always super busy. No matter the line, I come in and wait for my coffee just because of how sweet and considerate everyone there is! Plus, they always make my drinks absolutely perfect!
The person Taylor was so helpful and answered my questions even though they were extremely busy that day. Great customer service on her part.
