Sandwich Shop Soup Salad

The bread is nice and fresh, and the sandwiches are tasty. The clam chowder is kinda bland, but other than that, everything is delicious!

Good sandwiches. Fair price

Ordered over the phone cause the delivery apps don’t all show that they have French Dip on their menu. Lady was nice and asked if I wanted to make changes to it but I said just “as is”. She said it’s ready in 10mins. Much excite but uhm. I got back to work to find out there is mustard on it. I mean I tried to wipe it off so it’s still food. Just low key sucks.

It was good. Got my order wrong. Half or more of the staff weren't wearing masks. Not that big a deal but the mask deal only helps if everyone is doing it. Still a good sandwich. They also forgot to offer or give us a pickle. Almost earned 3 stars.

Superb Cobb salad. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Fresh, lots of ingredients. Perfect.

Came at 7/17 around 1:15pm on my lunch break. Ordered a large Cobb salad and a 8” turkey/ham with bacon. The guy a young white man has piling on the lettuce. Literally mashing it down and adding more. I asked if they can take some of the lettuce out. The man takes the lettuce out and puts in in front of him. I cuts my chicken and sprinkles bacon in. And adds more lettuce. I could already see the ratio of meat to lettuce and with the one measly cup of salad dressing you get I already knew. It wouldn't cover it the fullSalad. He got mad. When I repeated if he could remove the lettuce he just added. He thrown my chicken in my bowl and walked off mumbling something. At the point, I asked for my money back I was told they don’t give refunds. I asked for a manager. There is no manager on site. The lady named Christina, told the lady who took my order to add more topping. They gave me extra chicken, 2 cups of ranch but no cheese for my Cobb salad. I get back to work and noticed It. Called in, the guy who walked off mid ordered answered the phone I asked who I was speaking to he laughs and says jacquelyn. I asked for a manager and got Christina again. She called the manager and they offered me a refund in which I am picking up today.I normally frequent the sour dough location on northgate. Much friendlier and better service. My boss eats here EVERYDAY, can’t stopTalking bout the “wonderful” sourdough on Broadway. My experience was anything but wonderful. Not ok!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I placed an online order on 6/9/21, unfortunately order too many sandwiches and I tried to cancel my order about 3 mins after I placed it. I was unable to do so, so I called the store so they could cancel my order and refund me my money. I called and left my info for the Manager to call me back. I went into the store the next day since I have not received a phone call back. I was told by the manager Helena that Jazz, the owner can only process refunds from her home, which seemed ridiculous. Three days later, I still have not received a phone call from Jazz for my refund of $135.11. Helena the manager has been giving me the run around and just keeps telling me that Jazz will call. Very poor business practices.

Great sandwiches and more!

Great service and good grub! My favorite is the hot pastrami with a chocolate chip cookie on the side ?

I have eaten at many different SF Sourdough locations in the area, and this one is by far the best. Fast, organized, super friendly staff, and they make great food.
