Cool vibe from the moment I walked in. Very good burger and fries. Staff was friendly and attentive. They need to put a few TV's on the walls. One of burgers was gluten free. If you know your gluten free foodstuffs, you know finding buns or bread that don't fall apart is extremely difficult. Udi's brand (which Smashburger uses) is far from an exception, but the crumbly fallout was minimal. If you want to share fries with a non-gluten free person, be sure to specify that the fries be placed on the gluten free tray for safety's sake.
Come on! I leave true an honest reviews always. I tell it exactly how it is. This was terrible! The employees were so slow it was incredible! Pair that with no wait to order but still got cold, hard fries, way overcooked burgers...all 3 of them and just a no energetic cast and that's why 1 star. I'll make my own burgers next time at home...at least I am fun!
Went last month and proceeded to watch my food under the heat lamp for 15 minutes while the staff were talking and having a good old time. There was maybe 1 other person waiting for food. Meanwhile the manger is on her laptop doing god knows what. I haven't gone back and don't plan to anytime soon till the management has a turnover. This place used to be one of my go to spots for a quick bite...
I ordered a BBQ bacon hamburger and smash tater tots. Our children had chicken strips. We all enjoyed the food and the service. I really liked the minimalist vibe of the place,... Nothing on the walls to distract you from enjoying the meal.

Food was great, customer service was perfect. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. The Restrooms were clean. Time for everyone to start coming back to help keep them open! They did have a decent take out business going though.
