Best fast food place ever, very well organized. Absolute great customer service, people there are the best so nice and kind, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to others. Love their fries perfectly done and best fries I’ve had honestly. Burgers are great as well. Everything in general is 5 stars. Keep up the good work y’all!
It was a clean environment for the most part. The staff could of been more exciting, like stated welcome in or something. I only seen one person restocking and cleaning with a roster of at least 6 people. Food wasn't too bad but tasted rushed.

Wonderful fast food place. A nice selection, not too many options. Their mushroom burger option is an incredible vegetarian option. Their fries are fantastic (Buffalo fries were a nice spicy option) and their shakes are great. You really can't go wrong here.

Everything was good just wish it could have been better. I had the avocado burger and the shake shake ale. Very good but I’d definitely recommend walking down the road to the brewery to get a good drink!! Ha
Something needs to change there. I DoorDashed my order and they did not seal the bag, which as you know in my opinion is a safety hazard when strangers you do not know is picking up your food. This is not the first time I’ve had problems there. The food is inconsistent and they don’t follow instructions on orders. Food is usually not hot but just warm. I’ve been eating there since it’s opened and it hasn’t gotten any better… staff can also be rude at times. For the amount of money your paying there for fast food they need to do better… I hate to compare but In n Out is CONSISTENT, friendly, efficient, and organized. Ohh wait let me not forget, CHEAPER. Are they perfect? No, but when they get it wrong the happily make it right. I like your food ShakeShack. I’m from NY and I remember your early days, you have to get it together because what your selling right now is NOT your best.
I was excited to see shake shack pop up around the corner from where I’ve lived the last 8 years. I like the food but I don’t understand why when ordering through the kiosk’s inside or the app it’s always a very long wait. 20-30 min is the wait time every time I’ve gone to the ice blocks location. I’ve noticed the spit out the door dash orders fast but tonight my order was completely forgotten about while door dash picked up 4 orders over nearly 40 minutes! It’s food that’s worth ordering but plan way ahead at the ice blocks location unfortunately.
This burger joint sadly Does Not care/ignores customers Negative experiences. Very bad not taking Responsibility for their often customer service mistakes! If management cared, they would not be weak and afraid to address and rectify customers problems! So Please... only give your monet to burger joints like "In 'n Out" who cares and correct mistakes happily.
Sure seems like these people hate their jobs.
