Our four meals arrived before the appetizer, meal portions did not justify the inflated price, and the taste & appearance of our meals came across as though our food was prepared by a weekend warrior as opposed to a skillfully trained BBQ Chef. BTW, its very obvious that I am truly disappointed with the outcome of my expensive experience while dinning at this establishment, and you should also note that I'm leaving a few other unpleasantries out due to the lack of time and available space within this review. However, I'm truly looking forward to seeing what swift course of action is taken to acknowledge my concerns and the process to rectify this matter in a timely fashion.
Literally the worst experience I have ever had dining out. The waitress was rude and completely inattentive. Took 15 minutes to even be greeted. Even longer to get WATER in the super hot and stuffy restaurant. Tables were not bussed. It was just a disgusting, dirty environment.
Good food and service
If I could give this less than one star I would. We sat at the bar and waited for 20 minutes there was about three people working the bar and not one person helped us. I would never go back. Too bad I really had heard great things about this place.
Waiter couldnât get order correct. Food was cold and came out at different times, NOT together. Prices way to high. Food tasted burnt. The dining room was way to loud. Tables are to small, we had 4 people. Mac and cheese was VERY grainy and cold. Ribs had to much fat. Hostess was abrupt and rude. Ax throwing just added to the noise. Coke was flat! We wonât be back and we wonât recommend the place. It was my daughterâs birthday, and the restaurant ruined her day. Your staff needs more training in customer service. Any your cooks need to be trained as well.

This was not our first visit to Sauced. We have been to their other locations many times. We were attending a concert next door to the Sac location. They were slammed due to the event and still managed to put out excellent food with great service. Everything from the drinks to the wait staff were fantastic.
Everything looked like such a chore for the staff. Nobody looked like they wanted to seat us, service was handed off to other servers a couple of times. Once we got our final server, he was great! Food was average. I think I'm a better BBQ chef than this place. The side and nachos were delicious but the pork burnt ends were hard as rocks and the brisket dry. The shot and beer special was the best thing about the place.
