Customer service has really gone down for this place, especially the phone etiquette. We tried calling multiple times on 5/29, and finally when we got a hold of someone and started asking a few questions to place an order, were basically told that they were too busy and can't talk to us. When we called back later in the day, we were told that they don't take orders a day in advance and that we just call the following day to place the order.I just called to place an order and was told that they don't take orders in advance and I should just show up 10 mins in advance. When i told the person that I had called yesterday and was told to call back today to place an order, she said "it doesn't matter".
We had a very tasty lunch today. We particularly like the Samosa's, but everything was very good.
Oh I loved their samosas!! Not full of spices, but authenticate taste ❤️I brought them when guests were coming over, even they loved it so much!! The only reason for 4 stars is the chutney/sauce it comes with, I didn't like that. If they fix that then it's a golden thing...I haven't tried their other food items yet, but the food smell was really good and based on samosas I will definitely go back.
Not sure of the bad reviews, the owners/employees have always been extremely nice and welcoming. Food is flavorful and always cooked wonderfully. A hidden gem happy I came across this place.
Google Maps reminded me today as I stood in line that I visited Samosa Garden 5 years ago when I picked up an order of samosas for a work event. I ordered a samosa tikki chaat. The taste is consistently d-e-licious!! The sholay were flavorful and cooked well and samosa and tikki were spiced well. The prices are spectacular and so much more affordable than anywhere in the Bay Area. The woman behind the counter was friendly and I got my chaat in no time. I'm definitely returning for a snack, if not a meal, the next time I'm in town.
They do have sweet variety of options but the attitude is not so customer friendly. Otherwise, sweets are okay and meal is just another restaurant.
Very bad service. The lady who was helping was so unfriendly! Never before experience such a bad and rude service in an Indian sweet/food shop. I will definitely not recommend this shop to anyone. My first and last time here!!!
They were busy, but the woman working was friendly. I love the food here! The samosas are always great!
Wow this place is a hidden GEM! The food is so good, I'm a curry dude - love curry and potatoes and for the price I mean you really can't beat it! The owner, the daughter, the son are all super nice and welcoming! Love this spot! If you haven't had it then your missing out!
It’s a small family owned business but they do need some customer service skills. Mom and daughter (feel sorry for them for their unethical approach to customers) Definitely they should sign up for some customers services classes. Not sure how longer they want to keep this business. Rude behavior and attitude and judging people… may someone needs to look into…
