Great neighborhood tap house serving 15-20 beer options, several red and white wine choices, seltzer, and hard Kombucha. Have rotating local food trucks nightly to buy food, otherwise they have some very basic options to snack on. There is very large outdoor space with picnic tables that is both kid and dog friendly with great misters, umbrellas for shade, and an air-conditioned inside space for hot days as well. Usually have live music a few days a week. Typically very crowded on weekends.
My friends and I walked over to this place after dinner at Canon. This place was super busy for a Wednesday even though it was like 100 degrees outside. Love the communal tables and the variety of taps. My friends and I got a few drinks and a bottle of wine to share and hung out outside. Super chill place.
If you’re looking for an outdoor beer garden, this is the place! Misters for those hot days, live bands to check out, dog friendly, corn hole, a food truck if you’re hungry…you name it. Great beer selection, though I switched to wine after eating way too much.
Chavious Pizza is there on Monday evenings and they make the most delicious oven fired pizzas. They have a vegan cheese option too.
They always have great beer on tap, plenty of outdoor seating and excellent food vendors! They're dog friendly too! My dog is a regular by now!
Here is an informal setting with both indoor and outdoor seating to whet your whistle, grab a brewski (or twoski) and sample some goodies from a rotating lineup of food trucks. (Their website will tell you who is there on what date)Dogs are welcome, and people bring their kids as well. If you fancy a slice of pizza, they've partnered with Luigi's to offer you cheese or pepperoni.Their tap list boasts local talent such as Knee Deep and Moksa, but you can also find some special out of state brews, too. To their credit, Sacyard's tap list tends to be well rounded, boasting beer styles from pilsner all the way to stouts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, quick to offer recommendations based upon your preferences. If you're a craft beer junkie, this is a place you should know about and frequent. Not big on beer? That's okay! You can also grab wine, soda or hard kombucha! If you haven't checked out Sacyard yet, give them a try! The relaxed atmosphere is really quite wonderful.
Definitely love this place. It's a great place to socialize. My first time there was during the evening and it was beautiful. I love how there were two sides to the building where you can sit and enjoy your drinks. They have tons of beers. The one I tried was the Twins River, it's a cider drink and I loved it! Customer service was great, the guy who assisted me with my drink was friendly. There was also a Lumpia truck on the side of the building. There are tons of seatings, which is great for two or a group of friends. I can't wait to come back.
If I could give SacYard 10 stars, I would. They have provided a fantasic nevue for showcasing world class Jazz and wonderful beers from some of the best breweries in Northern California. Check out their social media page to find out who is playing and the local breweries that are on tap. This is the place to be if you love great music and tasty beers.
Great spot for some beer. Seems to have plenty of space outdoors with fire pits. There was a live band playing when I went. Dog friendly as there were plenty of puppers around to say hi too. They also have a jar of doggy treats.
Favorite place in sac! What a gem, this place has everything. Great beer on tap, good wine options, wine Wednesday deals, live music, great food trucks, and dog friendly. Great in all weather, they have invested well with tarps heaters and misters. Nice and knowledgeable staff, can’t recommend this place enough.
