Terrible service. The lady in charge shut down the fryers 45 minutes before closing and didn’t tell us until after we paid so we had to adjust the order. Then once we got home , we were short a taco in the coastal trio. Not cool for paying $15 and expecting 3 tacos. Not mention she was very rude and obviously irritated about serving customers 45 minutes before closing. Will not be returning.
This place is great with very friendly staff. Highly recommend to everyone ?. Food is also very tasty.
I absolutely love their classic shrimp burrito and have had it many times, but after my most recent visit I found a long piece of plastic in my burrito, so I'll probably hold off on going to this specific location...
Rubio's is hands down the best fish tacos bar none... from a fast food. My favorite is the Mahi Mahi tacos with the mango hot sauce...killer tacos
First time eating at this spot and first time in Sacramento....I ordered the California bowl and added some extras as I have a tendency to do....the guacomole left much to be desired but the main dish was awesome. I would definitely enjoy eating here again and would recommend it.
One of the few places I love to stop in Sacramento. Their fish was previously frozen but they do a great job making it taste fresh.
They make my burrito supper spicy. Omg. Took 30 mins to get my food. This the worst costumer service I have experienced. Don’t waste your time eating there.
Horrible experience and food …. We ordered a Cali bowl with shrimp and asked and paid for extra shrimp when I received my food I took it back a asked if they forgot to add the shrimp because I couldn’t see not even one shrimp in my bowl they told me that the shrimp were at the bottom of the bowl … which was strange because I get this item all the time and this was a first for me ….and I quickly found out why they did it that way the shrimp in my bowl were so small I could put two on my finger tip and I had a total of 7 tiny shrimp. The woman at the counter was handling our food and money without changing gloves.
0/5. Food came out of the kitchen and I left on a 5 minute drive back to work. Everything was cold. Not even lukewarm. Cold. Tortillas were stale like they've been left out for at least two hours. The chips are the closest thing I've gotten to eating a seashell. I gave them to a homeless guy and he ate one and said it hurt his teeth.Food isn't even fit for starving people apparently.
Did take out, told them my name and they said it'd be out but food was sitting right there. I guess they didn't hear or understand the name I said. I told them again after 10-15 mins and they said it was the one that was sitting there. Food is good though.
