The staff mainly the head guy was above and beyond considerate based on the fact that we showed up later than we were supposed to and yet they still showed us a place to sit even though they were pretty much closed other places would tell us that being 2 minutes late they are not taking any more people Roma's showed us that they mean business!! So thank you!! The pizza is also very good.
Idk what to say. I hate leaving bad reviews especially for an established place like Roma's that has been here for nearly 50 years. In that time, surely they could have hung a few pictures, maybe painted. Something? This place gets a 0 for ambiance. The sweet gentleman who was waiting the very few tables that they had wasn't very attentive at all. Top that off with an incinerated, and I mean black underneath, Pizza made for a wonderful evening out with the family. We won't be coming back.
The restaurant is still GOOD! I love their original Magarita and Shrimp Magarita pizza pie. I like their Cannelloni Veneziani dish.

Everything is so fresh and delicious. My family has enjoyed Roma's Pizza as far back as the late 80s and early 90's. Excellent customer service experience. Roma's pizza and excellent customers are allowing families to dine out and enjoy.
The cheese was super rubbery. It was tough to eat even with a folk. Super pricey for pizza that tasted like it was made the day or two before. I ordered a Corona because their menu said it was on tap but they brought it out in a bottle that was slightly warm. Will not be ever be going back. They also are not every professional at all they had a table the employees sat at and laughed and joked about personal stuff so load we could hear them across the restaurant. They also not once came to check on us while we eat to ask if we needed anything else or if everything was good. The lady at the register was a little bit rude also. Save ur money and time.
Delicious pizza, family style restaurant. We ordered the all meat (boys report it was delicious), and a custom chicken pizza which I thoughtwas very good. One of the toppings was left out of the custom order, but the waiter noticed and gave us a discount even though we hadn't said anything. Ambiance leaves something to be desired. Fun lunch altogether, will definitely go again!
Before we came here we hadnt came for many years. We came again because we were visiting and remembered how good this place was. I feel the quality has gone done quite a bit. Our pizza was undercooked in the middle (pretty dough-y) and they messed up our order a bit by not putting tomato on our pizza. The staff was pretty kind, which is a definite plus. Overall, pretty meh experience. Not terrible, but not too good either.
I’m so disappointed I paid like 30 dollars for a pizza I had one slice went to eat another one and got a surprise hair in my mouth I went at 10 so by the time I got home they was closed it was under the crust part I love this place but for the six toppings I ordered was bare and they missed a topping on top of that idk what was going on last night normally they are really good
Bought pizza about 2 years ago that I thought would be good but I was disappointed. During that occasion, I thought after having pizza it wasn't worth the 4.5 reviews on here. I kept thinking after 2 yrs that I wanted to like it so I decided to get 2 pizzas (01/08/22). I came home, took the first bite and thought that it was definitely not worth the 4.5 star reviews. I don't think I would buy pizza from here again. The pizzas that I bought had hard crust all throughout and seemed like it tasted burnt, this was a result of either being left too long to bake or was baked at a higher temperature. Anyways, I was not impressed and this pizza is comparable to Pizza Guys. As I wrote this review I thought to myself that I was being too harsh since I didn't try their other Italian dishes but realized that I wasn't rating an Italian restaurant, I was rating a pizzeria.
