Ahi Nachos and drinks were good. Servers were nice. Not sure about the added mandatory “kitchen appreciation” charge though!

Birthday lunch with mom who turned 85. Such a perfect meal and service. Mom approved! That says a lot.
I meet a friend here for lunch about once a month - usually on a Friday. This time, it was a Saturday and found there was a brunch service going on - it was nice there were regular lunch options. We have always had good service here, but this Saturday was over the top - we were looked after by the "Twins". What a treat. These two were superb. Food came out quickly and as usual, terrific. Fish & Chips x 2 and Rio Burger. Cappuccino after was excellent. Nice touch for the restaurant to arrange the July 4th boat parade then went by.
Our waitress Andreea was extremely attentive and kind. We enjoyed her very much. She made great recommendations for food and her picks were delicious. Enjoyed our meal very much. Never felt rushed. It was nice to enjoy a leisurely meal looking over the water.
We enjoyed being outside by the river but the food was disappointing.
the Staff are great. Eating dinner overlooking the river, amazing (especially with an evening breeze). Getting your check and seeing a pre-tax 3% line item to pay the kitchen staff... no mention on the menu or entry signage... Spoke to staff and found out that the staff were not even notified when the charge was added.
Everything was wonderful. I neglected to get the name of our waiter but she was great as were the entire wait staff. They worked together seamlessly.
Ahi nachos were very tasty. Fish tacos bland. Tri tip sandwich good. $19 for a hunk of bread with melted cheese on top, outrageously expensive.
The lunch items we chose were delicious. Sitting outdoors overlooking the Sacramento River was so nice.
The food was excellent and so was our waitress and the restaurant manager. My mom wanted cocktail sauce to go with her fish and even though they don't carry it, the manager made it for her. It was great and that extra step really appreciated.
