Worst ramen in Sacramento. Soup lacked flavor. The pork tasted old. Poor service. We went in on a Friday night and there was one other person there. That should've been a sign. The other person told them that was the worst ramen he's ever tasted and walked out. Our's was barely edible. Save your money and buy top ramen!

Fried octopus was fabulous. Fried tofu was decent but a little brand. Best thing about the visit was immediate access to a table. We came late and did not see employees most of our time here, but good was good.

went in and ordered a chicken ramen add shrimp and took a bite of a meat I’ve never tasted before. could have been pork from the looks of it’s texture (which this place is heavy on along with I’ve never bitten into my anything pork related my entire life). Chicken and shrimp were both there but but chef may have made a mistake and a piece of fried pork may have slipped in. No problem, accidents happen. However the reason I’m giving it a 1 star is directly due to the manager and his incompetence. Argued saying it wasn’t pork and I’m mistaken. I’m very aware how chicken tastes and this just wasn’t it. Do better.

Short version:Great food, poor service.Long version:First of all I extremely dislike having to order food before sitting down. It forces you to have to decide right there and then and you feel rushed especially if there's people behind you. Also, tipping fairly has been ingrained in me and this way of ordering forces you to either tip based on service you haven't received or wait until the end and if I received good service, hopefully I have the cash. I opted for the latter and I'm glad I did because the service was poor. I think this whole idea is supposed to save money so they don't have to hire people to wait on you but it ends up being a terrible experience. The woman at the front wasn't that helpful and it's really hard to ask for anything during the meal because no one is around. As for the food, we ordered the mild(least amount of spice) Tonkatsu and it wasn't spicy at all so next time I'd probably get a step up, and the teriyaki chicken bowl. Both were awesome. Especially the ramen was exceptional. We couldn't get enough. I would definitely go back but I would get it to go or go somewhere else if I was looking to eat there.I'll also add that the restaurant itself looks really nice so kudos for that.

Cannot say enough about this place. Great food and staff. Very clean. Food came out fast even though they were packed.

??ramen was great!

Wonderful place for all things Ramen!! We came here Halloween day for a quick lunch and really enjoyed this new restaurant! It was so fun sitting outside and watching everyone walk by in their costumes! Also, you can connect to the free wifi from the park across the steeet, so cool. The Ramen here tasted fresh and the portions were huge, we both had to ask for to-go bowls. The service was good, the options were plentiful. We ordered the vegetable tempura and it was really good and more than we could finish,, then I had the vegetarian Ramen, but after trying my astonishingly creative fiances pork Ramen I wished I had ordered that. Both were good though and we definitely had plenty of leftovers for the next day! We will definitely be returning!

Good food and fair price. Friendly staff and nice environment. The only improvement I would suggest is to make sure the ramen comes out piping hot, especially now that it's cold.

I'm giving a two-star for their service atmosphere in the restaurant music was too loud the waitress oh my , granted the fact that they can't speak English very well but it sound like she was speaking in a foreign language I asked her to slow down with her talking and she said thank you very much so that let me know that she didn't know very much English we ordered the Ramen special with came with two pieces of sashimi which the waitress never informed her that she put all pieces of Sashimi on one plate and if she did we couldn't understand her so we thought it was my nephew's play and he ate it all except two pieces was excellent I give you the food four stars for the food the service and Ambience was terrible. It's sad to see when there's good food at a restaurant and they have bad service there's nothing worse

Not nearly as good as I hoped. Dry egg, lukewarm broth, to much bamboo chutes and bean sprouts. Sides are microwaved. Couldnt get a drink refill to save my life.Expect a lot more for a $40 meal.
