I had a gift card for $196.00, when I attempted to use it the cashier stated there was no value on it. When I called corporate and spoke with the (Owner Stacy Parragary) she stated that she could see that I never used the $196.00 on the Parragarys card. However she then stated the dollar value on the card expired. When I asked her to reissue the card as it did not have an expiration date listed-- she refused. *** highly recommend not to buy gift cards, or if you have a complaint don't bother calling corporate because they will basically tell you to screw off--- Horrible Customer Service*** I will never go to any of Parragarys restaurants again. Including, but not limited to Paragarys, Centro Cocina Mexicana, Cafe Bernardo or R15 Bar... I just want to let everyone know my experience dealing with corporate and owner Stacy Paragary on all social media platforms. They will never see another penny of my hard earned money again- warning all friends and family of my negative experience and fellow Facebookers!!!!

Great staff, super friendly. Good place to catch the game, witch ever sport you may watch, 4 pool tables and 3 semi private "pod" rooms with TV's to watch the games in as well. Great food and a killer happy hour.
