Karissa provided excellent customer service. I’m a newbie trying my first Full Day Cleanses. She talked me through the juices, shots, and instructions to complete the cleanse. She also encouraged me to call the store if I have any questions during or after my cleanse. I’m a VIP member. It’s a good idea if you plan on including juicing in your monthly diet plan. I do!!
Great place for acai bowls. They have pressed juices as well. I got the superfood acai bowl and it was delicious except for it was super sweet. I think I could've gone without the agave syrup. Would go back again. ?
Went in today after work for a freeze. I made sure to ask if they had freeze available, because every time I go, they’re out of at least one flavor. I ordered their Chocolate Churro Freeze because she said she had chocolate available. The description read chocolate freeze, granola, almond butter?She handed me this and laughed. “Too much butter there.”I paid and immediately tossed it while turning the corner as I walked to my car. It was soup. And I didn’t order soup. If this is your freeze, then take a picture of this and display it instead for your customers to see, because the picture looked nothing like it. I was better off heading to Haagen Daz down the way.
Today is Thursday, store shows it opens at 11am it did not open at 11am. The opening employee comes in 6 mins late, is not getting orders correctly, told me she could not take my cash payment. This place needs to hire someone more reliable & on task. Bad experience!
The menu items are a bit overpriced in my opinion. I only bothered to get a $4 sample for lunch, expecting the probiotic to be cooling and mild, and when I read the ingredients, they seemed promising, but instead I drank a very ginger-like concoction that felt like burning sandpaper when I swallowed it. That being said, I haven’t tried enough of the menu to give a sufficiently comprehensive review. The service was excellent in its congeniality, and I like the atmosphere. I’m eager to try an açaí bowl when I have the time

Unfortunately there is always something going on with this guys. They run out of fruits, next time they're out of açaí, and this time they're closed at 4pm instead of 7pm because "their a/c broke down".Juices are ok but I keep having problems on different locations that I have tried. I guess their motto is "hit or miss".By the way, I have to call them to find out why they were closed. No notice to customers, and the girl on the phone was very ironic telling me to call customer services. Way to go Pressed Juicery.
