Cold fries no matter what time of day / night it is. More often than not I get the wrong sandwich. Always the spicy one when I ordered the Classic one.... I wish the location closest to me was under better management.
1:00 pm. Auburn Blvd. Guy at window rude. Order shrimp and strips spicy. Didn't give me the right sauce. Didn't give me spicy tenders. Only gave me three shrimp. The place on Antelope is way better.
So I haven't been here much despite living just a couple blocks away. The food is good but, the worker's aren't the most polite or friendly. I placed an order on the app and when I arrived I was rudly told what I ordered wasn't available then was told I could have a cookie or was there something else I wanted to do. I asked if I could have a pie instead of what I ordered as I didn't want a cookie, and she shut the window on me. I could see she was taking to another worker but no communication was made to me about it. She opened the window and handed me a bag after a minute and then closed it again without saying anything. I looked in the bag and saw the pie I had asked about. I left feeling confused as to why she was so rude. I haven't returned since.
Absolutely dreadful experience I just had here. Not to forget that they've never gave me a pleasant experience. It was today that they gave me two spicy chicken sandwiches with surprisingly hard bread. It had a slight crunch and toughness to it. The chicken felt grainy and was chewy. No doubt that the chicken may have been left out for hours and/or was cooked by Chef Mike. Considering this might be my top 3 favorite fast food places and is one of the few that I select to indulge in, my dissapointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. I would, without a doubt, choose a chicken sandwich from my school over this rubbish that has been served to me on the date of my review.
Just left there went through drive through ordered 8 pc family meal got home only to find all thighs I’m really upset! False advertising because it’s not advertised as 8 pc thigh only. I hate fatty thighs. Then the phone number listed for this location it’s working! Never again!!!
It was a waste of my money, horrible experience i never had an issue with coming here before but tonight 2/12 I will never go again. I placed an order which the total came out to $45, which I had her repeat at the window to me and than I was asked to parked because I had to wait on the fish. So I asked can I add on at the window since I already have to wait longer I was told no they can’t do that it’s not allow. So I ask who is the manager When I have done it already before. She mention well that’s a different location on auburn but I never mention anything about another store to her, and I just left it at that. She would not have got my payment if I didn’t say well I haven’t paid yet because she was to busy trying to rush me to park. So me just ready to leave at this point after waiting from getting my food I didn’t check my bag till I got home. Come to find out some of the things I ordered was not in the bag, orders was wrong and the fish i had to wait on was broken up. I’m pregnant and I did not want to drive back up their so I call the store and it says phone is disconnected. On top of that my son and fiancé said the food didn’t taste good. I spend $45 for food that I couldn’t even eat because my order wasn’t correct. I work in a fast food industry and this definitely wasn’t a good look .
Last Saturday husband went to the new Popeyes on Sunrise. He had a coupon when he got to the window he was told they couldn't take it because their computer system was acting up. Therefore he had to pay the original price. Got home and no red beans and rice and only one biscuit. It was a two can dine order. So disappointed, now I can understand why some people get upset when the workers mess up an order.
They constantly forget things. You will more than likely not get your complete order or they will forget a straw or a fork if you need it. This has got to be the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. I've never once got everything I needed from this place. I just now left and they forgot an apple pie I paid for and it was too late for me to go back. It's ridiculous.
Food was great. Service was robotic and they ignored my girlfriend (the driver) when she asked a very basic question. Mac and cheese is on point.
The employee's need to be changes. None of them puts the mask properly. Also they don't follow detections. Like if you requested fresh meal they won't do it.
