Order three piece chicken tenders for $7.50, they raised their prices. Then they give me 3 tiny little pieces I’m talking they were the size of nuggets. I should of said something but I didn’t realize till I got home. Charge 7 dollars for three nuggets they’re tripping . These workers are so stingy they act like it’s coming out of their pockets.
i will drive 40miles round trip for the purchase this time they sold me chicken that was hard tuff and left overs they gave me food that should have been dumped buried or shot. it was terrible bad my order was 2 orders of number 2 that was all the money i had. i been there many times never had any problems to sell food items for profit is terrible wrong

Waiting for the food about 20 minutes and when I got home open it up , the stuff is missing some tender chicken pieces. I ordered 5, they gave me 3. I’ll never go back there again horrible service
Food was good, but this location has a weird drive thru and gets my orders wrong the couple of times I've been here.
I was happy they had the fish sandwich with the filet because the one on Mack road gives you two pieces of that heavily breaded and salted fish and claim it's a fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was fresh and hot. The drive thru seemed busy, which seemed to take away from the walk in customers. Hence the 4 stars. Too bad the one closer to me does not offer the fish sandwich with pictures filet. But I guess I have to go a little further to get it right. Customer service was ok.

This place serves decent food, albeit pricey if not using the app. This is one of the best Popeyes locations I've been to though, since the wait is small and they almost never mess up my order.
I understand its fast food but it doesn't mean serve it cold and without honey and butter for the biscuits. Have some kind of standards. Also doesn't hurt to have an expiration date for the coleslaw
I'm a fan of Popeyes. Food was fresh and on time for pickup. Get the sparkle.
