Never will I go there again spent 40$ on food for me and my three kids and the food was called by time I got it and I went through the drive-through so it should’ve been warm coleslaw face like it’s spoiled and the mac & cheese taste like it was boiled the only thing that was good out of there was the lemonade but I did not tell her sodas they tasted so nasty ?
Not sure why I keep giving this location my business. This is the 3rd or 4th time they have gotten my order wrong. Granted I should have double check before driving off. We didn't have the energy to go back so we ate some and let our dog enjoy the rest. I should have gotten a refund.
They messed up my order...no spicy mayo, yes to pickles. They gave me my sandwich with spicy mayo and NO pickles...
Location is not the most desirable, but the staff was great, the service was great. The special box offerings were a little different, The $6 box was $8 and came with drink and pie. Different from other locations we have been to.

Can't wait til they open today. Ready for lunch!****Update***2/26/22I experienced the worse customer service to date at this location. I ordered the flounder sandwich and they tried to give me two pieces of fish between a bun. I drove back to return the sandwich, which isn't close I might add. I spoke with the manger Jason and he tried to tell me that's how they are made, when two days before I purchased a sandwich and it was one full filet. The breading and seasoning is totally different from the filet on the sandwich. He tried to argue with me that they haven't sold the sandwich with a whole filet since the previous promotion. How when I just bought one two days ago. I frequent this establishment quite a lot and I am disappointed ?☹️. They need to inform customers if they are going to swap the filet with two pieces of fish. I saved all my calories that day so I could enjoy the fish sandwich and lost my appetite after biting into it ugh! And the fish wasn't even fresh??
Last thing I need at 10pm is fried chicken, but sometimes, you know, do I have to actually say it. Well, the lord was with me, I escaped a Heart Attach once again and will return again one day to play the game again, you can count on that.

Service, for the 1st time at this site was crabby. Cashier was rude when I asked for the 2 can dine for $10. I was told they couldn't sell me that menu cause coffee was over. Yet, it continued to rotate on the inside board. Supervisor on sutton, was just as rude if not more so. She said there wasn't anything she could about it rotating on the board. I asked her why not unplug it. She blurted "No, Customers needed to see what to order." I rebutted that I too am a customer but you won't sell me what I tried to order. She muttered something beneath her and hurried off back to the back. I thought she was getting someone higher than her. Both cashier and supervisor left standing there and pursued helping other customers. I kept telling cashier I was still her customer and to allow me time to change my order. She tried to apologize cause they were training new employees. I informed her she was rude and needed better customer service skills. Two of the teenagers in training that night are high school peers of my granddaughter I've been raising. Disgusted. Find a better way to communicate with your Elders and customers.
