One of the worst locations I’ve been to in a while which is why I’ve been good off of even eating from Popeyes anymore. I mean if your not a patient person then be a cook because the way you treat customers will always reflect on your higher ups which I feel are horrible because who’s training these people. Another annoying thing with Popeyes lately is having to wait almost 40 mins for food that normally take 20 mins tops. Lastly I wouldn’t recommend getting food from here simply because I’ve witnessed the manager take food back from people and resell it. If there’s one thing I know about fast food and working in food is when someone brings food back and goes in the garbage not resold to someone else.
The worst experience I have ever had the person In front of me was trying to use a coupon and they rudely did not let him speak he was saying pull up to window and he repeatedly says I would still like to order then I order my meal and asked for ranch he stated it was extra even with a meal I asked for manager they would not come to window and would only give me a name Edna mora with 10 employees on hand no one in store line took 30 minutes this place is a disaster do not recommend and will not ever come back to this establishment
After making an order I had to return to the location due to me receiving the wrong items even though I had made it clear I wanted boneless meat and my receipt displayed so I was given the wrong chicken. I requested the correct chicken and a discount of some kind for the inconvenience. I had 30 mins added to my driving due to this error. Offering to waste food and re make the order is not enough and does me as a customer no good especially at the cost of gas. Horrible customer relations. This establishment does not own up to their mistakes or take accountability.
Ordered the 14 piece Chicken Dinner for $24.99 last night, March 28, 2022..After waiting for over 1/2 an hour for it. We got home and found that they did not include the 2 sides & biscuits.When we called to tell them about it, they hung up on us.Do not patronize this clearly incompetent and unprofessional Popeye''s.
What sounded like the manager was super rude. There was a homeless man starving just staring a a picture of a chicken sandwich, when I changed my order to include a meal for him I could hear her screaming in the back. Then when I asked for a separate bag for his meal I could hear her screaming again. Like breezy is this coming out your pocket. Learn some patience and have a little love in your heart.
They are good but order was wrong but they quickly helped me get it fixed and I got home to feed my family customer service is recognized and should keep improving . But they did a great job cooking the food. The newMac and cheese is bomb for a fast food place and as always the chicken strips are still number 1

When I have to give this place three stars for one reason they're spicy chicken sandwich is very good. The only thing that's bad about this place is they try and package their meals up in these little paper foil bags that tend to taste like the paper foil bag that it's in if they're not fresh it does make a good mayonnaise catcher but takes away from the quality of the food except for the spicy chicken sandwich. My opinion spicy chicken sandwich and mac and cheese with fries is a good meal that's not extremely expensive for what it is and it hangs in there. The wait here is unacceptable if you have other options take them unless you want the spicy chicken sandwich if you have a family at 6:00 go somewhere else cuz it'll cost you about 80 bucks to feed them all.
Usually have no problem with Popeyes but today and for a while with this place wait time 25 minutes, when food finally came my strawberry soda needed to be replaced because there was no carbonation, when finally got home chicken was barely even cooked. Got #6 ,chicken nuggets kids meal and 8piece chicken nuggets meal and 4pc meal all nasty.. I'll never return again.
Handed me the straws with no cover on them and no gloves on her hands. And was sick after probably the worst Popeyes I've been to.
