Worker asked me same question four times then seemed annoyed with ME!!!! Slow service unpleasant at drivethru window seemed they’d rather be somewhere else. Line moved slowly. No greeting rude.
Such nice service and amazing the staff. The manger Marion and Christine was so nice. My food was nice and hot total wait was only seven minutes.
I am over this location. Popeyes in general is cool, but this location. I was beyond irritated the last 2 times I went. They repeated my order perfectly but when I got home not even close to my order. I had to drive all the way back because they didn't answer their phone. When I returned there were two other people with the same problem.
Complete slop shop. I ordered food online and went in there to see a man slapping nasty looking beans into little containers and getting the bean liquid all over the sides of the containers and the counter. Got my order and it was missing half the order. The fries were cold and stale, the chicken sandwich was cold and stale, the beans tasted terrible. I've had good Popeyes before from other locations but the last two times I had Popeyes it was from this place it's so bad that I think I'm turned off from eating Popeyes from this location or anywhere else for the rest of my life.
Drive- thru only & it's a 15-20 minute wait the last couple times I've been there. Last night I ordered a big box meal & a bigger box meal, my tenders were okay I guess but the smallest I have ever gotten. Biscuits weren't fresh, (I'm not sure anything was) the Cajun fries were cold & hard. Mac & cheese was luke warm, & I didn't even receive my apple pie. Service wasn't so great either, He told me my total, took my $ & handed back change. No greeting, I wasn't offered any sauces for my tenders & then he handed me my food & shut the window.
The food was good, Popeyes usually has good chicken dishes. But it's getting so that fast food is not fast food anymore! Perhaps managers should pay attention to more staffing so they can process the drive-thrus quicker. Because it's truly daunting to see a 20 minute wait when you don't have much time. And I'm old so I don't have much time. Good food pleasant staff just too long to wait.
Who Doesn't like popeyes chicken, its one of those places if you gotta ask then your missing out. You must try there food, there new mac and cheese is crazy good, the chicken of course is amazing. There is no works to say truly how good they are, you must try it or your missing out!!
Everything was good except for the macaroni and cheese, and possibly the mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken and biscuit was all good, the employees were polite but the big downfall of the diner was the two sides. The macaroni had an extremely strong bleach/chlorine flavor and smell. Almost like the pans/pots were soaked in it and never washed. Or some got spilled in during cooking. The same can be said with the potatoes, but they were only 1/5th of the taste compared to the Mac and cheese. The kicker was it seemed like the employee knew/ or has heard the complaint more than once for the evening because he apologized and said really? As if it wasn’t the first complaint… employees handled the situation as best they could, the sides just were not very satisfactory. Ate the mashed potatoes and discovered a little bit of plastic in there but that is not bad compared to the bleach taste.
They are super slow in drive thru and even slower if u go inside to order. Somewhat faster if you order ahead using the app. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it's Popeyes and even tho the service at this location socks, the food is good, cuz hey its a Popeyes they
Hands down the rudest employees I've ever experienced at any business, ever. Food is hard, old, and has obviously been under a heat lamp for far too long. Lines are incredibly slow and always long. Order is sometimes right. This place is just so so sad.
