Recently I was double charged for espresso dopio and still received no refundIt’s just a couple of dollars but stillAnd please have someone at the cashier who knows what’s espresso dopio lol it was strange to get a surprised look while ordering the classic espresso drink
My husband and I travel the country full time. Our favorite thing to do in our travels is visit local coffee shops. Let me tell you, Pivot is now in our top 5!I am a matcha drinker and my iced matcha was delicious! Not too sweet and full of yummy matcha flavor. It is so hard to find a good matcha latte. And this was just the way I like it!My husband likes chocolately, sweet coffee drinks and our Barista, Madi, surprised him with a tuxedo mocha. It was rich and full of delicious chocolate goodness! He said it was superb!Not only were the drinks amazing but the atmosphere inside was also fabulous! The wood benches warmed up the industrial space. It was an inviting and comfortable place to enjoy our beverages.
Friendly staff, love the location and the interior so much. The service is good but I really wish there were more food and drink options!
Apricot cream cheese Danish was 9/10 according to my 11 year old niece. She also loved the hot chocolate 10/10.Place is clean, staff is helpful and sweet. Solid choice for coffee and breakfast pastries. Nice and quiet.
(Take my review with a grain of salt since I only came here once) I was visiting Sacramento and decided I wanted to try all of the cafes. I ordered a chai latter which mostly tasted like sweet milk - I would love for it to have a stronger spice flavor! I hate to be *that* person but it'd be great if they offered any vegan pastries and also maybe offered some more food options! But there's lots of seating and it's a really cool-looking space so if you just need a spot to set up to work and a beverage, this is a great spot. And shout-out to my barista who was really nice and friendly - we had a great chat!
Great coffee ! ( cappuccino to be precise) . Large interior area which I assume also includes space where they ground their coffee and sell separately as well. Nice industrial ambience inside with countertops made from sustainable wood which is nice. Recommend the place for a good cup of coffee if you are around the area.
When I’m SAC from out of town, I was looking for a local coffee spot off the beaten Starbucks trail. Not only did Pivot deliver in spades a true coffee shop appeal, but raised the bar with fantastic drinks, good and service. Highly recommended!

Awesome little shop with cool wood slabs! However… the coffee is… burnt to say the least. I can appreciate somewhat darker roasted coffee, but this is DARK.
