Normally I'd give 5 stars as I love the food, but today's service was poor. Not only did they forget the baklava I added in (which I caught before leaving and they remedied) but I paid $0.75 for extra olives on my soulvaki chicken pita and got none. They also left the secret sauce off. I regret leaving a tip with my online order.

The food was cold, and not so good. Unfortunately.Customer service was okaish. The two girls there helped us were somewhat nice. When it came to the card reader was not working properly. *major problem* needs to be fixed. Had to try out at least 4 different cards.Their restroom need immediate attention. When went to the restroom, its not working at all. (Not flushing) this place is a mess unfortunately.1 star is a fair review.

I ordered a Gyro rice Bowl, they barely put any Gyro in there mainly rice and then they wanted extra for the tzatziki sauce, she told me it was a dollar extra and end up charging me $2.75. I didn’t have enough time to go back and get my money back. The Gyro was OK the rice was overcooked, don’t waste your $15 dollars!

Ordered take out and our order was messed up. Got a chicken pita instead of rice bowl, no baklava, and no extra falafel was included as paid for. Not greeted when entered. So generally not great service! Food, was just okay. With so many options for this type of food in our area and a 4 plus star rating I thought it would be better. Falafel and taziki sauce were good. Soggy veggies and soggy waffle fries. Wife said her pita was nothing special. Being generous with a messed up order.

OK, the 4 stars is just in the context of fast food. But, if you want something quick and easy this place has some tasty options and service is always good.

My sister bought my hubby and I lunch here during our visit to California. The only bad thing about the experience is that there isn't one near our house in Washington, because I'd love to be able to eat here regularly. The food was so good, I didn't ever want to finish it. Y'all need to franchise! lol

Very decent portion sizes for the price! I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was really delicious. I ordered ahead and only had to wait a minute. Definitely worth returning.

Maybe not my favorite Mediterranean place in terms of flavor but they PACK your bowl to the brim. I wanted to weigh the to-go box out of curiosity. Numerous toppings to choose from to add to a less conventionally-styled Mediterranean fast food meal (nothing wrong with that, still delicious). I would come back for the overall punch this restaurant gives in terms of overall quality and quantity. You will leave full.

Ordered my lunch online around 11am for a 1245 pickup. Food wasn't ready when I got there. Cashier was rude and did not try and find out what happened. Waited another 15 minutes while they WAITED for the order to come through almost two hours after i placed it. Technical issue and not their fault, but manager did absolutely nothing to make it better. No apology. No acknowledgment. Nothing.Food was fine. Nothing special. No chance I'll be going back. Absolute asshats at customer service.

The pitas were dry. Tahini sauce terrible. So thin, no taste. Almost like nonfat milk! Also ordered falafels. No hummus unless you want to pay extra. Very disappointed. Falafel Corner on Bradshaw is sooo much better. And you actually get great humus with your order.
