Not bad at all for the price. $18 for the pizza and a good side salad. This is their grilled chicken BBQ signature pizza and they can use more toppings to really make it great. This is why they lost one star.
super fast and quite tasty. pretty generic overall - very similar to all of the other build-your-own pizza restaurants. gluten free (cauliflower) crust was very good and all toppings were tasty. spread of toppings across pizza was a bit lackluster - employee kind of just plopped them all on in clumps. restaurant indoors was a bit messy and unclean, no napkins available anywhere. overall definitely recommend this place , just level your expectations to a chain build-your-own fast pizza place !
Inconsistent pizza, I've ordered here once a week or so for several months for delivery. 80% of the time they will not include garlic or parmesan and expect you not to notice. It seems cooked inconsistent. I recently ordered a Caesar salad and pizza (the salad was $10), and the chicken was missing. I called in and asked if I could get a coupon or some money off my next online order, the manager argued with me that 'they didn't charge extra for chicken' but told me 'they'd call the GM and call me back' all they did was offer me a free salad if I came in. I'm not going to come in for a free salad only. As you may guess no one called me back. I won't be ordering from here again.
All I can say is wow, By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The churro pizza was rock hard and tasted like cardboard and the regular pizzas weren’t any better. I can’t believe this place has gotten that many good reviews. Either they’re bought reviews or people in Sacramento are still suffering from a loss of taste from Covid-19.
Always clean and organized both the cooking and seating areas. Tried the Tandoori Chicken, twas amazing! This was the second time being here, as we are from out of town.
The pies were excellent...first time at Pieology... similar to Blaze. Great thin crust pizza made the way you like.
The staff at this location are only suitable for dine-in service, not for delivery service at all. They are passive, rigid, and clumsy. Such a good place to be wasted.
Came at 6:40pm there were two females, the older young woman gave the best customer service I have ever had at any Pieology! And I eat pizza often. Like wow, so fast so attentive, gave me the pizza exactly on point how I like. Super fast yet hot and ready to eat. She was super polite and literally made my day.

Great pies, friendly staff. Perfect go-to for lunch downtown. Try the cookies, they're so good.
