Delicious and tasty pho/broths... small meat portions though. Service was fine... will probably eat here again if I'm around the area.

In case you guys didn’t know, there is a new owner now for a year almost two. Their pho broth is salty and very little portion. I gave them a second chance with the salt and pepper shrimp and the shrimp were small shrimps, doesn’t come with head and it’s not big anymore. I used to work at this location with the past owners and things were a lot different. I’m not going to lie, it’s going to be my last time ordering here.
I am a true Pho connoisseur and never have I been so disappointed. The broth tasted like water and the chicken was the worst. If you want traditional Pho, this is not the place. They gave us lemon instead of lime and no cilantro. Definitely the drive to Stockton Blvd is the best choice because in Greenhaven you will not get what you are accustomed to.
Beef stew broth was good. There wasn’t hardly any meat. The few pieces were all fat. I asked for chili oil and got 2 packets of sriracha chili sauce, not what I had in mind. Luckily it didn’t need it. The pork spring rolls were the worse. The peanut sauce has no taste of peanuts… straight up teriyaki sauce. Salty. The spring rolls/sauce went to the trash. Good thing they are cheap. Pickup was odd. I waited for someone to take my money and give me my order. 2 waitresses looked right at me and ignored me. I had to call out to a guy sitting on the floor eating to take my payment. He was annoyed. I usually go to the Stockton Blvd location and regretted going to the one closer to my house. They are NOT the same. ?
Used to be decent pre covid. Now everything is over priced and portions are extremely small. They load up the pho with noodles and no meat
The food is usually good. Really not sure whats going on at this location but my last order was a complete fail. I have been coming to this location for years and order the same thing everytime, so I am will aware how the food should look and taste. Both orders of rare steak #12 was extremely disappointing! The broth was bitter, basil was brown, the green onions were slimy and rotten, there were no white onion pieces, or hot pepper slices and the noodles were soggy. I guess I was supposed too pay $27 for two orders and NOT notice ingredients missing.
Our favorite pho place in Sacramento!! Always great service and great food!!
Had the rare steak XL Pho bowl. It was delicious and service was fast and friendly.
Food was good and we got it in less than 10 minutes considering how short handed they were.
