This is a great coffee shop. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere which I love to study and work in. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the bathroom. Yes, the bathroom. They close at 5:30 pm, but the bathroom is closed for cleaning 1-2 hours before closing- many times without an announcement. This is too early considering the seating area is still open and full in some cases.
Good cup of coffee. Small latte are good size, much larger than Starbucks and coffee was very good for price. I'll go back again.
My mom was looking forward to purchase a tea, meanwhile we were two people away from ordering. I needed to use the restroom as we were waiting, didn't get his name but the gentleman with purple hair rudely informed me that I wasn't allowed in the bathroom before purchasing. As if the register had some sort of electronical connection to the bathroom. Told her we should've went to Starbucks lmao.
Extremely low & negative from the space and staff. Coffee was lighter and more watery than usual
Where do I begin....I LOVE Peets Coffee and this store location specifically is the best. I've been going here for years and the baristas are super friendly, warm, and very knowledgeable when it comes to coffee. It doesn't matter if it is ordering in store or delivery, they go over and beyond to make everything perfect! Just today I ordered through the Peets app and it was easy to use and arrived swiftly. I normally order the coconut black tie but I was feeling festive and ordered the iced holiday spiced latte, and it was very delicious! The spices really bursted into my mouth. I also got jo's peppermint creme cookies and I would describe it as a piece of heaven into my mouth!! Thank you Peets Coffee and their kind, hard-working baristas for doing such a marvelous job!
Came in for the first time in a few months and couldn't decide what to drink for the life of me, but the barista recommended the Havana Latte and it was absolutely perfect for what my taste buds were craving! I appreciated the kind and helpful customer service and compassionate energy I got from the employees in my time of indecisiveness. :)
When I say light and sweet I mean it. I go to a coffee shop pay alot for coffee that isn't prepared and expect to dress it myself to perfection. I miss New York go anywhere in the city ask them to make your coffee a certain way it's how you asked. It's like these brista's don't even drink coffee.
