This location has a fantastic manager. We had a big order delivered to our office. When we realized that we had a missing group item so we called this location to ask if we could come pick up the missing item. It turns out out was the Del Paso location that our order was delivered from but the manager at this location made it right and let me come pick up the missing item and rhe missing utensils so my staff could eat. Thank you for going above and beyond.
Tonight I went to Panera at the Promenade in Natomas. The staff was so nice. Special shout out to Jonathan, great personality and super kind. Thank you for the positive attitude and creating a welcoming environment.
No large cups at kiosk, no sugar, no dark roast, no creamer, no vanilla. What is going on??? Where is the manager? Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe theyre short staffed, but i counted at least 4 people working there and nobody is checking the coffee stand?
Their food is always to my liking. Clean either bread and deserts I enjoy.Just wish we had one in Redding California.
One of my favorite panera locations. Staff is friendly and when something is wrong, they do their best to make it right.
Deborah the shift manager went above and beyond to get my sandwiches ready for a work event. While I waited all the staff was checking if I've been helped and even offered me a free drink while waiting. I was very pleased with the customer service.
The food was delicious ? and the service was fantastic! They got my order slightly messed up and fixed it with no attitude!
